Weapons and Tactics Instructor course 1-17 is a seven week training event hosted by Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) cadre which emphasizes operational integration of the six functions of Marine Corps aviation in support of a Marine Air Ground Task Force. MAWTS-1 provides standardized advanced tactical training and certification of unit instructor qualifications to support Marine aviation Training and Readiness and assists in developing and employing aviation weapons and tactics. Forty scientists and students from Cardiff University participated in the oceanography course 2012.
The Oceanography Course is a yearly field course organised by Archipelagos Institute of Marine Conservation in cooperation with the Marine Geography department of Cardiff University in northeastern Aegean.

Renowned architectural historian Richard Guy Wilson to experience and study four centuries of architecture, art, culture, and landscape at the acclaimed Newport Summer School. This ten-day program is based in Newport, Rhode Island, the “Queen” of American resorts. You will enjoy lectures by Richard Guy Wilson and other leading scholars, tours of private homes, and opportunities to get behind the scenes at some of America’s grandest mansions.
Participants examined Newport’s most iconic sites: Richard Morris Hunt’s Marble House, The Breakers, and Ochre Court; Richard Upjohn’s Kingscote, and H.H. Richardson’s Sherman House. Additional highlights include McKim, Mead & White’s Isaac Bell House and downtown casino, as well as Victorian gardens, historic churches, and Tiffany windows.
Field trips included visits to Providence, RI and North Easton, MA. Participants are housed in Ochre Lodge at Salve Regina University, designed by local architect Dudley Newton in 1890.

I actually took this photo more than two years ago, on my Creative Camera course People shoot. I've cropped it quite a bit from the original. There is something I like about this photo, but not sure exactly what it is :)
I hooked up the scanner a while back with the intention of scanning some pictures of my morris, but I can't find the negatives, so whilst I was searching through the films I put aside a few I'd like to scan some photos off, so there may be a few more old photos coming to light ;)

Downloaded trial version of PS and found that I had actually backed up my Actions properly. What a relief!
BTW: Minnie is no longer located in her house for pics. She is in the Judges Tent with Mickey. I personally like her outside set-up but at least you can skip a character line this way!
