The Rock Garden chair lift serves twenty-one runs that drop over 900 vertical feet with over 40% of the resorts runs rated expert black diamond . The dry climate in Eastern Oregon, coupled with the 9,000-foot peaks of the Elkhorn Range result in a powder so dry the Anthony Lakes crew has to occasionally water it down around the lifts. Nestled in the Elkhorn Mountains with the highest base elevation of any Oregon Ski Area and an average annual snowfall of 300 inches, Anthony Lakes is powder heaven. If you like to take in the scenic views at a slower pace, you can cross-country ski or snowshoe on more than 30 km of groomed trails through the Anthony Lakes Basin and Elkhorn Range of the Blue Mountains. Want a little something different? A Cat-ski operator and full guide service leads adventure seekers into the backcountry bowls and chutes for a one of a kind powder experience.
Anthony Lakes is also the only ski area in Oregon to offer skiers the opportunity to “own the Mountain” for a day. The entire ski area can be leased for individual groups of up to 50 people on Mondays January through March for private ski parties and retreats.

Levi Cave. Probably one of the biggest disappoints in awhile. Not disappointed in the cave but rather the way its been treated. I'm sure it was once a beautiful cave but now its full of trash and graffiti. Most all the formations have been destroyed. This set wasn't shot very well.. my heart wasn't in it.. Id rather shot mother natures grandeur then human stupidity. That and my little model couldn't make it because this whole cave is very treacherous..way to treacherous for kids. Its full of breakdown and holes everywhere. With that being said here is Levi Cave.

Natchez is the seat of Adams County, named for John Adams, second president of the United States. It is the oldest of the 82 counties in Mississippi, having been created in 1799, eighteen years before Mississippi became a state. Four Mississippi governors have hailed from Adams County: David Holmes, George Poindexter, John A. Quitman, and Gerard Brandon.
The estimated population of Adams County in 2004 was 32,591. This was a decrease of -5.09% from the 2000 census. As in so many counties in Mississippi, people seem to be moving to other parts of the country to find jobs. Natchez is far from being the poorest county in Mississippi, yet the per capita income is only about 74% of the national average.
I find it interesting that this grand old city, once the most prosperous locale in America, has never recovered from the devastation of the War Between the States and the so-called "reconstruction." Yet other southern cities - Atlanta for example - was literally burned to the ground during the War, yet has risen like a Phoenix to surpass many cities in the North.
Knoxville, TN (Knox County)
The Howard H. Baker, Jr. United States Courthouse is a 4-story, postmodern rendition of neo-Georgian architecture structure which houses federal courtrooms and governmental offices. The building was built in 1991 at a cost of $56 million as the headquarters for Whittle Communications. By 1995, Whittle was defunct and sold the building to the federal government for only $22 million. (1)

In Hibernia Park, Chester County, Pennsylvania, the Brandywine Creek (West Branch) descends through a rocky stretch creating the largest set of rapids on the otherwise placid creek.

Restoration of old water station for a railroad that is now only a memory. This is about the only visible reminder one can find of the old spur that connected with main tracks 10 1/2 miles away at Moncure.
