The red-legged seriema (Cariama cristata) is a large, omniverous bird native to central South America. They are territorial and will aggressively defend their territory.
Walking on the watershed between the ravines "Barranco de los Cernicalos" and "Barranco de la Breña" (Gran Canaria, Canary Islands) in a lush nature made by recent rains between ancient hydraulic works and history.
Walking in the Circeo National Park. This is a magic area full of history and gorgeous nature. A perfect place for the Magic Forest project with autumn mood.
Round bales fill a field near Loring, Montana as the last relative warmth of autumn lingers. The clouds you see ushered in several inches of snow and the temperatures stayed below zero for more than a week.

Prusik Peak is reflected in Gnome Tarn at sunset in The Enchantments, an area regarded as one of the most spectacular locations in the Cascade Range, in Alpine Lakes Wilderness, Washington.
Reverse lens macro photography shot with a vintage Helios 44.3 58mm, maple tree in fall colors on a windy day.
Coco, our 17-week old Chocolate Labrador Retriever, taking advantage of the unusually warm winter sun, getting some time in her English garden while it's dry.
Walking in the Circeo National Park. The amazing world under the trees… I’m fascinated by mushrooms and their ability to grow wherever there is shade and humidity, their shapes and colors, their tenacity. I don’t know them, I look at them, I admire them and I try to steal an image to take with me.

The beautiful fishing village of Sakrisoy with vivid yellow rorbuer cabins on a small island with the mountain cliff in a background and beautiful reflection in turqoise water. Moskenes Island, Lofoten Archipelago, Nordland, Norway. Long exposure and wide angle shot with moving cloud and water, foreground of rock and grasses.
Fresh Snow on 'Mt. Handkerchief' :)

A new year, a new 366 photo-a-day goal. 366 because 2020 is leap year. I didn't quite manage a photo a day in 2019 and I won't beat myself up if I don't complete it this year again, but at least it's a goal to work toward. These tractor or wagon wheel rims sit outside an Antique Shop in the downtown area.
Wishing you were here by me to end this misery
And I wonder, I wo wo wo wo wonder
Why, why why why why why she (you) ran away
And I wonder where she (you) will stay
My little runaway, a run run run run runaway
Songwriters: Del Shannon / Max D. Crook
Another vintage lens shoot, unfortunately, no record of which one was used.

www.thetravelpictures.com: A window at the medieval castle of Turku, Finland. The castle is the oldest one in Finland. - ift.tt/2zSmyM3 //
Twice a year, on a few days, the sun sinks on the opposite shore of the elongated lake. This means that the warm colors of the sunset are reflected throughout the lake. However, the mountains prevent it from "sinking" completely into the lake.
The calm lake level made it possible to stand a bit in the water and hold the camera close above the surface to enhance the effect a bit more.
The picture was taken close above the water. In the foreground, the waves spread out in circles around the points where a stone has been thrown across and touched the surface.
Thanks for your criticism and as always, favs, likes and comments are gratefully appreciated!
Old barrels have been left to rot by the remains of an old wooden pier at the fishing harbour of Kalajoki, Finland.
