Lamb tagine cooking over charcoal ...

Red bell peppers stuffed with rice; ground beef, pork and veal; onions; breadcrumbs (just a few!); eggs, romano cheese; and chopped collard greens.

 

Roasted butternut squash and brussel sprouts on the side.

 

These were really good - the mixture of meats really added depth to the flavor of the stuffing! My man was happy!
