My strip steak, asparagus, baked potato. Very creative.

The chicken and leeks are ready to be added to the rice mixture.

Salad of mixed greens, tomatoes, red onion, and chick peas - topped with roasted garlic and asparagus. This accompanied the pappardelle with chicken liver ragu.

Simple pleasures - some cloudberry jam and whipped cream on a slice of bread. Delicious!

Steak and Scallions

Morels stuffed with goat cheese, pecans, parsley & sun-dried tomatoes. Chicken and hot italian sausage stewed in balsamic vinegar.
