Animal control came to get this terrified, snarling dog from our alley yesterday morning, but it would not be caught. In the early evening, Marty got him into our garage, and we waited for an hour for animal control to come back for him.
The guy knelt in front of the beast, saying how sweet but scared the poor thing was, and the beast nearly took the guy's head off.
I am a dog lover. I'm certain this dog could, after a long rehab period, overcome whatever has been done to him. But I don't think animal control will give him a long enough chance.
To control thinking is not called as control of mind. It is difficult to control the mind when one is in ignorance. But by knowledge of Self-Realization, one can remain separate from mind.

Summer 2018. I have taken no action to control the salvinia and it is in decline. The plants are small, much of it brown and sick and progressively less of it week by week, but why??

White Sands Missile Range Museum
This Project Facility Station was a Status and Control unit for missile firing. Designed by the U.S. Army Signal Corps it was installed at both Range Control and "C" Station.
It gave Range Control and White Sands Proving Ground a way to display the status of the Proving Ground: "Green" for "Go," "Red" for "No Go," A failure of the communications circuit was indicated by "Yellow." An alert bell signaled a change of status or a need to communicate by means of mechanical switch action. These units used vacuum tube technology.
They were in use around WSPG and later WSMR (Army Blockhouse, Launch Complex 33 and so on) from the 1950s until 1968, when the next generation of Status Indicators was developed by the Instrumentation Directorate.
The orange-roofed building near the center of the photo is an abandoned control building near Leavenworth, Indiana. At one time, it was the control site for a dam and lock on the Ohio River at Leavenworth. The dam was replaced by a larger one several miles downstream - I think in the mid-1970's. Shot from Overlook Restaurant about 1/2 mile away.

We wondered how we barely got bitten during our stay, one evenig we went to a show with the kids and we started getting bitten all over and sure enough upon returning to our room we saw the pest control truck driving by late. After that when we sat on the balcony, not a single bite...don't want to know what they were releasing there!! lol...
