A steering wheel is a type of steering control used in most modern land vehicles, including all mass-production automobiles. The steering wheel is the part of the steering system that is manipulated by the driver; the rest of the steering system responds to the movements of the steering wheel. This can be through direct mechanical contact in rack and pinion steering, with the assistance of hydraulics in power steering, or in some concept cars and modern production cars such as the Toyota Prius entirely through computer control. To prevent motor vehicle theft, most steering wheels are locked if the ignition key is taken out of the ignition lock.
The first automobiles were steered with a tiller, but Packard introduced the steering wheel on the second car they built, in 1899. Within a decade, the steering wheel had entirely replaced the tiller in automobiles.

I assume the blue antenna control goes to the blue wire out of the Scosche antenna kit. That will be the first thing I solder.

POKEMON BLUE - Elite and Masterfully Inconvenient Challenges
-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Introduction
=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Most guides are written to make games easier. This guide is written to make
Pokemon as hard as possible, giving new life to a 13-year old game.
The challenges written here can help you have fresh fun with the same
cartridge that's been glued into your GBC for 13 years. The first,
Pokemon Blue: Elite Inconvenient Challenge, is the easiest of the two.
Both are difficult, requiring patience and self-control to complete.
Either of the tasks will afford you incredible bragging rights, and a
digital badge which you can collect at the end of the guide.
Interested? Great!

Pokemon Blue: Elite Challenge
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Rules:
-No catching allowed. All your pokemon must be obtained as in-game gifts.
That means you can have a starter, a magikarp (purchased for 500 yen in
the center outside Mt. Moon), an eevee (celadon, top floor of a large
building when entered through the backdoor), a lapras (Sliph Co.
building, from a man standing next to the warp that leads to Giovanni),
an Aerodactyl (resurrected from the old amber given to you in the museum
of Pewter city), and either a kabuto or an omanyte (from the dome or
helix fossil you collect in Mt. Moon). You cannot use the game corner
to attain pokemon.
-Must start with charmander
(Fire is not very effective against Rock/Water, making the first two gyms
a challenge. This requires you to level up charmander to level 9 -when he
learns ember- before facing Brock.)
-No use of the PC allowed whatsoever.
-No duplicate moves allowed
(You cannot have slash on both charizard and kabutops, for example)
-Set style only
(Available from the options menu, disables the ability to switch out
pokemon before facing a new opponent)
-No trading
-No unnecessary HMs (Flash/Fly)
Comments:
This challenge forces you to use moves that aren't normally seen, such as
bubblebeam. The pace is slow at first, and I usually end up at level 14 or
so before facing Brock. Leveling up magikarp can be a test of patience on
set style with only a charmeleon to swap out to...But once gyarados comes
into play the game moves quickly.

Elite Challenge Sample Team:

I found that creating movesets that didn't duplicate moves was refreshing.
Here is my current dream-team:

-Flamethrower
-Body Slam
-Earthquake
Zappers (Jolteon)
-Thunderbolt
-quick attack
-pin missle
-double kick
Anglehair (Gyarados)
-Dragon rage
-strength
-bubble beam
-hyper beam
Pterrus (Aerodactyl)
-Wing Attack
-Bite
-take down
-fire blast
Silver (Lapras)
-surf
-ice beam
-psychic
-confuse ray
Sneakers (Kabutops)
-Slash
-Absorb
-hydro pump
-blizzard

-You may ONLY use items required to progress (HMS/key items.)
(No TMs, FLY/FLASH, Status healers such as potions/revives, repels
or other throwable items. This makes the early game a challenge. Don't
get poisoned or it's back to town for you. You are consequently not
allowed to buy items other than fresh water, which is needed to get into
Saffron City and may be purchased from the drink machine at the top of
the Celadon Dept. Store.)
-No evolutions.
(This forces you to keep a magikarp until the end of the game.)
Comments:
I have not managed to complete this one yet. The final team should look
like this:
Charmander, Magikarp, Eevee, Lapras, Aerodactyl, Kabuto/Omanyte

On the second to last day of my vacation, November 2, I went to the Morton Arboretum and found they were having a "Controlled Burn". Of course I had to park and take some pictures of this—something you don't see everyday at the Arb. I was thinking of naming them "Cheech and Chong Visit The Arboretum" but decided on the more conservative naming convention.
Another of the flight simulator control rig. All the controls are fastened to the board, so I can just lift the board all together and stick it behind a bookshelf out of the way. On the floor are the carpentry clamps I use to secure it to the desk. I had to attach most of the cables to the board next to the trackball, or they would have been far too long.

Shutterboo Photo Challenge Week 3
I work better in an organized environment. However, I'm not organized about my organizing (that's a mouthful) so I spend too much of my free time cleaning instead of working/creating/having fun. I'm hoping these books help me get organized and in control.
There's something else to look for while you're waiting for your training session. When you're in the corridor alongside Mission Control, watch the small monitors on the workstation behind the glass. You may spot footage of an albatross coming in for a rough landing. It's a clip once used for comic effect during the pre-show of the Mission to Mars attraction in the Magic Kingdom (1975-1993).
As you advance along the switchback queue, ostensibly to receive training for the ultimate space mission, enter the "Sim Lab", a large warehouse-like training area similar to one that might be found at Kennedy Space Center. Pass by a huge rotating wheel with chambers that is supposedly used for simulating gravity for trainees. Along the queue are a number of interesting visuals, including a genuine Lunar Rover on loan from the Smithsonian. From there, pass into the Command Room, where Cast Members sit behind a glass wall and multiple control panels. On the wall are plaques commemorating outstanding "firsts" in space travel -- First Man in Space, First Man on the Moon, etc., up to the fictitious "First Family in Space" and "First Deep Space Mission." At the end of this queue, you are standing in front of four color-coded Ready Rooms, into which you will be dispatched in teams of four. You are given the roles to assume during the training mission -- commander, pilot, navigator or engineer. As you wait for your assignment, peruse the astronaut uniforms on the walls, and watch a video from CapCom.

Until I should die, until I should break,
not a god, not a devil my soul shall take.
If I should lie to betray myself,
then I would damn myself, and my soul forsake.
I don't want fifteen minutes want a whole lot more,
don't want to suffer the fools and the spoils of war.
I don't want fifteen minutes, or a reason why.
I want a stainless steel road stretching off to the sky.
I don't need sentiment, want, or hate on my mind
No crimes of passion or obsessions in kind.
No walls, restraints, or momentary thrill,
No blood on my hands, No time to kill
I want my Body,
I want my Soul,
Make the switch to automatic, I want Control.
I want Control
If I should give in, if I should turn away
not a god, not a devil my soul could save.
I want more body, I want more soul.
Make the switch to automatic, I want Control
I want Control
I want Control
I want Control
Control centre for the conveyors, screens and secondary crushing at a disused limestone quarry plant. Lots of buttons to press! :-)
Not quite finished yet, will need some more programming and cable routing, but the proof of concept was successful.
Uses two modified Cyborg V1.1 flightsticks, plus three ministicks like in playstation controllers - one of them modified, too. The ministicks are attached to the flightsticks, on the back panel (visible in the upper shot) and where the trigger usually is - somewhat visible in the shot below - they are the orange parts.
Controls on the Coral Monorail. Tempted to sit down and take it for a spin. Hey, they did give me a license signed by Mickey himself. :-D
I had to overcome some initial problems with getting the receiver to bind with my DX7 remote control via the Spektrum2PPM board. The folks at 1hoch4 were very fast in updating the firmware after I sent them my remote for debugging (thanks for the support!). Now the hardware is basically complete.
For basic testing, I wrote a small application that reads the values of the PPM-encoded radio channels and converts the throttle values to the appropriate values to drive the motor speed controllers, using Arduino's map() function. I also made another test with the propellers (10x4.5 EPP) attached - this thing is mighty powerful! I could barely hold it in my hand.
The test code uses the ServoDecode library to read the PPM pulse train emitted by the Spektrum2PPM board. As it utilizes timer1 and the ArduIMU is quite limited with regards to output pins, I could not use Arduino's built-in Servo library (which uses the same timer). I resorted to using the ServoTimer2 library to drive the ESCs instead.

Self-control is the ability to control one's emotions, behavior, and desires in order to obtain some reward, or avoid some punishment. While a recent friend of mine was here, I had to experience a burning desire every time I was by her side, because even though I wanted to express my emotions towards her so deeply, I couldn't. Every time, it was a battle of brain against emotions, and I'm very proud to say that i succeeded.
This photo represents every one time a person has to control himself. The hand reaches out to grab; we want something, and we want it dearly, but because of certain factors, we have to control these emotions. and to control these emotions is not an easy task.
