-In our family we have the tradition at Easter to give all a chocolate 'Lindt' (Swiss company) bunny, with a ribbon with a bell around its neck.
see:
www.lindt-spruengli.com/about-us/brands/lindt/gold-bunny
Because each family member fears that the others did forget this tradition, the result is that you receive now as many bunnies as you give 😂
Alas the bunnies are not yet on sale here (too early for Easter), so I had to compose the picture with a keepsake ribbon with bell from last year (the chocolate bunny of course consumed ages ago 😉).
The white porcelain/metal dove is a dignified substitute for the bunny, ringing the bell for peace.

Loblolly Pines by The Little Branch is our new release for Uber.
One of the fastest growing southern pines, this tree is used as a quick-screen in many landscapes. This North American native has dark green needles and narrow, red-brown, often-paired cones that are three to six inches long. It has a long history with the pioneers and is known by several other names, among them rosemary pine, old field pine, and bull pine. Loblolly pines provide shelter and food for many southeastern animals and the seeds are also consumed by chipmunks, squirrels and other small rodents.
These 100% original mesh creations are highly detailed with realistic textures and animated foliage resulting in a true, life-like appearance. A choice of four seasons are readily available via an easy to use pop-up menu to keep your landscaping current. Owner permissions allow Copy & Modify to ensure that each item can be adapted to suit your unique needs. The trees have a land impact value of 3-7 Li and grow as the size increases..
Uber runs from October 25th to November 22nd
TAXI to Uber
After the event you will find the products at The Little Branch In-World Store or on MarketPlace
The American Goldfinch is the only member of the finch family that undergoes any plumage changes during the year. Their plumage becomes less colourful in fall and winter.
They prefer a habitat of open country where they can forage on the many weed seeds they consume with some brush and trees nearby for shelter and nesting. Other than the breeding season they are very social and will flock with numerous other species.
Being the very active and acrobatic little songbirds they are we often see them clinging to weed seed heads especially thistles. Because they are heavy seed eaters they nest later in the summer than other species supposedly so they have a plentiful supply of late summer seeds for their chicks. Their young mature very quickly leaving the nest in only 11 to 17 days after hatching.
Feel my pulse under your fingertips as your claws press into my skin. Feel me tremble as the heat of your touch becomes fire in my veins.
I need you. God, do I need you.
And then you kiss me. You kiss me, and the entire world dissolves away. I'm nothing. The only thing left is the burning need to feel your skin, your lips, your teeth, and your claws.
Undress me. Unmake me. Consume me.
*A big thank you to Charlie, thank you for being so patient, Love*
This Cypress tree seems to be consuming the fence along the Cypress forest at Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary.
Happy Fence Friday and have a nice weekend friends! It is going to be stormy here! Time to hunker down again!
I saw this opportunity to capture something in very low light as the subject is only lit by the tablet he's reading.
Taken at a photography club where they were showing a movie with the lights out. At 4000 ISO, this shot is clean enough to eat off.
Not a hedge that likes to be trimmed I think!! HFF everyone and wishing you all a lovely and creative weekend!
The bleeding fairy helmet is widespread and common in Europe and North America. It is saprotrophic—meaning that it obtains nutrients by consuming decomposing organic matter—and the fruit bodies appear in small groups or clusters on the decaying logs, trunks, and stumps of deciduous trees, particularly beech. Anyone who’s tried getting useable shots of these little jets will know just how time consuming this can be, fun tho.
I bought these gourds in a supermarket and they came with a strict warning 'NOT TO BE CONSUMED'.
ANSH 120 (3) warning

Old farmhouse near Lone Rock,WI. being slowly consumed by nature. The architectually interesting house appears stable from this side, but is collapsing on the other. There are other buildings on this forgotten farm sharing a similar fate. One bright note:close to this location an old one room schoolhouse is getting a new foundation and restoration appears right around the corner...

You only see what your eyes want to see
How can life be what you want it to be?
You're frozen when your heart's not open
You're so consumed with how much you get
You waste your time with hate and regret
You're broken when your heart's not open
As you all know, I'm infatuated with bears, especially with brown bears ... and especially when the salmon are running. I'm also quite fascinating with how quickly they consume a freshly caught salmon. I guess they have to ... there are other bears in the vicinity usually who might be more than happy to steal their prize. Not only that, but their survival depends on their successful haul and consumption of salmon during the run to fatten up, ensuring a successful hibernation period.
This one must be a bit tired, for it took a few moments to haul its salmon over near the bank and laid down with it. Perhaps it was trying to be less conspicuous . However, when the salmon are running there's usually plenty to go around.
Hope everyone has a wonderful day. I know that I will ... as my granddaughter will be stopping by today and tomorrow. Can't believe it, but she will be 2 years old tomorrow. Get ready for an updated image or two. Though I love the bears, she's the apple of my eye, as they say. <3

This Cedar waxwing was seen with its flock, consuming the berries of some Toyon bushes at Markham Nature Park in Concord, California.
This is the best way I could describe being here. The smoke blew in very quickly and at some points it completely blocked out the sun. It was about as dark as dusk at times even though it was only late afternoon. It truly was incredible to be there and I am so thankful that the Lord gave us the opportunity to be there and that we got to witness this beautiful and unforgettable moment!
I've been getting used to the nerve-racking experience that is flying a drone for aerial photography.
I was so consumed with not hitting anything, that I forgot to change out of 4:3 aspect ratio!
This area is just below the Claytor Dam near Radford Virginia.
Sea lions are pinnipeds characterized by external ear flaps, long foreflippers, the ability to walk on all fours, short, thick hair, and a big chest and belly. Together with the fur seals, they comprise the family Otariidae, eared seals, which contains six extant and one extinct species (the Japanese sea lion) in five genera. Their range extends from the subarctic to tropical waters of the global ocean in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, with the notable exception of the northern Atlantic Ocean. They have an average lifespan of 20–30 years. A male California sea lion weighs on average about 300 kg (660 lb) and is about 2.4 m (8 ft) long, while the female sea lion weighs 100 kg (220 lb) and is 1.8 m (6 ft) long. The largest sea lion is Steller's sea lion, which can weigh 1,000 kg (2,200 lb) and grow to a length of 3.0 m (10 ft). Sea lions consume large quantities of food at a time and are known to eat about 5–8% of their body weight (about 6.8–15.9 kg (15–35 lb)) at a single feeding. Sea lions can move around 16 knots (30 km/h; 18 mph) in water and at their fastest they can reach a speed of about 30 knots (56 km/h; 35 mph). Three species, the Australian sea lion, the Galápagos sea lion and the New Zealand sea lion, are listed as endangered. 14674
How did you spend last few days? I must say it wasn’t a joke but it was beautiful. To get this frame I shot 3 separate frames in a vertical pano using the long lens. I was tilting the lens down slowly making sure that camera doesn’t move left and right. Since my focus was changing for each frame, the depth of field was changing too and the best option to blend the pano was to do it manually. What do you think?
The Boyd's Forest Dragon is restricted to rainforests and their margins in northern Queensland, Australia, from just north of Townsville to near Cooktown. It is found in both upland and lowland rainforest, and is often seen around Lake Eacham (Yidyam) and Lake Barrine, and in parts of Malanda Falls Conservation Park and at Mossman Gorge.
Adults are sexually dimorphic, with males larger than females and having larger, blockier heads. Adult males grow to an average body length (snout-vent length) of about 160 mm (6.3 in), with the tail adding another 325 mm (12.8 in); average body length for adult females is about 140 mm (5.5 in) and tail length is about 280 mm (11 in).
Unlike most other lizards, Boyd's forest dragon does not bask in the sun, instead letting its body temperature fluctuate with air temperature (thermoconforming rather than thermoregulating).
Boyd's forest dragon spends the majority of its time perched on the trunks of trees, usually at around head height. Boyd's forest dragon is a sit-and-wait predator, catching prey that it spies from its perch, although once on the ground, it will frequently move over a wider area, catching prey as it goes. Its diet consists primarily of invertebrates, with earthworms making up a relatively high proportion. Small fruits and vertebrates are also occasionally consumed. (Wikipedia)

We found this one just sitting on the grass. He didn't seem that fussed about our approach, and was quite surprised when the guide bent down quickly and grabbed him. He just sat there quietly, letting us take photos, before being released to the trees again.

Gulls or seagulls are seabirds of the family Laridae in the suborder Lari. They are most closely related to the terns (family Sternidae) and only distantly related to auks, skimmers, and more distantly to the waders. Gulls are typically medium to large birds, usually grey or white, often with black markings on the head or wings. They typically have harsh wailing or squawking calls; stout, longish bills; and webbed feet. Most gulls are ground-nesting carnivores which take live food or scavenge opportunistically, particularly the Larus species. Live food often includes crabs and small fish. Gulls have unhinging jaws which allow them to consume large prey. Gulls are typically coastal or inland species, rarely venturing far out to sea, except for the kittiwakes. 22077
