This is a moc of BB-8 I made a while ago and I forgot to upload a picture of it. The main body is built by basic SNOT techniques using the 1x1 brick w studs on all sides. The head can turn and the main "eye" can go up and down a little bit. As you can tell by the picture the color isn't exactly right, I used "bright light orange" instead of orange because the 4x4 round plates aren't available in ornage as of the the time being. So I made the decision to get more accurate shaping over an accurate color scheme. The tan base is designed to display BB-8 and was just 3 minutes of work. This is also designed to be in accurate scale to the Rey buidable constraction figure to increase display value. Let me know your thoughts and if you like the outcome!

I've never been a big fan of star wars, but I have always liked Greedo. The thing I admire most about star wars is the lengths they went for practical effects and costumes, and the minor/background characters exemplify this. In Mos Eisley, it feels like every character is a different species.
I also love the absurdity of introducing Han Solo's character with murder, and the reintroduction of Greedo as a character in the prequels, where he's a little bitch.
Found deep within the oceans of Historica, the Giant Valyrian Anglerfish is only seen by surface dwellers when its corpse washes ashore.
Like other species of anglerfish, it is subject to extreme sexual dimorphism between females (measuring roughly 30 feet in length) and males (measuring roughy 5 feet in length).
Built as part of CCC XX (Fantasy Creatures category) and part of my entry for BricksCalibur (Labor of Love Category).

I'm working on a new version of Reaper, and I'm fairly happy with him at the moment, but thought I'd just post this WIP shot of the frame, unarmoured.
I'm also debating at least trying a new colour of translucent parts, maybe dark blue, instead of the lime green

A monstrous amphibian that lurks in caves along island coasts. It hunts by luring prey in with the glowing Kanohi on it's forehead.
Been kicking the idea for this one around for about a year now. Figured I would take advantage of MOC League to get the motivation to build it actually. Inspired by Anglerfish. Was originally intending to make something more lithe with a lure on it's head, but committed to the chunkier look to accommodate the large maw I ended up going with.

Curious and gentle by nature, these Rahi are favored pets among Ga-Matoran. Thanks to their latent elemental attunement to gravity, they rise and sink at will despite being exceptionally heavy for their size. Trained Honu are occasionally used to help stabilize and anchor larger fishing vessels.

When it all began, they brought down satellites, destroyed observatories. Today I saw them starting to build a radio telescope in place of a mountain they levelled. Until now, they were looking downward; looking for what remained of us. I dread to think what could have possibly drawn their attention upward.

This is the first one of these I didn't build for an article or a collab of some sort. Inspired by the Spike Prime sensor I took apart.
Native to the island of Daxia, this species of predatory Rahi stalks its prey on the shores, and devours it in the depths.
It's also been domesticated and has a tendency to sit into any box it finds.

One of the few peaceful denizens of the Pit, the Karauna have no natural predator. Matoran researchers have found evidence pointing to latent psychoactive abilities compelling any living being in close proximity to either leave the Karauna alone, or regard it as a friend.
The species gained a reputation for having a comically naive disposition, as they have no fear response but are naturally curious. The golden protrusion above their eyes earned them the nickname "kings of the Pit".

Storm's a brewin. Best not be in it's way.
A living tornado monster. Got the elemental category and really didn't want to do something traditional with it (fire/ice/water) due to not having a ton of pieces for the job. Ended up settling on this guy after a while; I had recently been experimenting with CCBS bone spam and wanted to make use of it. Wish I had more translucent antennas to hold trees in the air but alas.

Few among the Vorgan have the might to tame a ferocious swamp dragon as their mount.
When I was a kid, I was a big fan of Mega Bloks' Dragons theme, which in one of its subsequent waves had an orc faction called the Vorgan, The Vorgan had quite unique, goblin-like dragons of their own, and I had a blast recreating one of them in Lego for this round. A bit more creative liberty was taken with the Vorgan rider, but I'm pleased that the dragon is pretty faithful to the original material!
