A bee was caught by the rain and was no longer able to fly. Conclusion dear bee - when it rains you stay at home or you take an umbrella with you.

The conclusion of the series from the Eremo Gaudio hotel viewpoint over Varenna, sorry to repeat on the same subject for multiple uploads, but the sky was amazing, and it kept changing, I couldn't decide which was best.
chè una birra mica è latte qualunque, no.

The end to the months-long nationwide tour is almost over as 4014 nears its off-season resting place of Cheyenne, WY.
The vessels caught my eye as I was looking at the curved seaweed on the shore and the setting sun provided the extra interest to get my camera out the bag.
The very last of the light and colour on Loch Leven.
Thanks in advance for any comments or favourites you may wish to make.
A few of the Cormorant sculptures on the seafront at Morecambe captured at sunset as I made my way back to my car. The Lake District fells can be seen silhouetted in the background across Morecambe Bay.
It was amazing I captured this shot as I squelched back in my wellies having immersed myself in the sea in an attempt to wash off the mud I had accumulated in a close encounter with the notorious quicksand mud of Morecambe Bay!
Luckily my gear survived the ordeal and I live to fight another day!

Regain my thoughts and piece all this together..."
"Sir!
Sir, watch out!

"Lucky?
Ow... My head, wait where's my helmet?
Must have lost it in the blast...
Ugh, I think I'm bleeding.
I can't make out what Lucky is saying or what he's shooting at, everything is, blury..."

A new day begins along the shores of Lake Michigan, as seen at the Sturgeon Bay Canal North Pierhead Light in Door County, Wisconsin. Thanks for viewing! A little bird told me to say that :)

During our holiday in Italy, we also made a day trip and visited the lovely city of Verona.
While Verona is widely known for being the set of William Shakespeare's play "Romeo and Juliet" and Juliet's balcony at "Casa di Giulietta" (Juliet’s House - it's said she lived there), I came across some other very intriguing photo spots - being happy, not to be one of hundreds of tourists in a queue. One of these spots was this car park.
I really liked the color and the mood in the car park, side lit by the late afternoon sun, supporting the yellow and friendly tones. And the light was exactly right to support the leading lines. So I asked my partner to walk the line :)
A few minutes before, the park ticket vending machine simply kept a few Euros of the change - which made me upset for a moment. But after capturing the image and thinking about it a few minutes, I came to the conclusion, that it might be the fee for the photo :D
I hope you like the photo, too :)

A wonderful experience using the D300. In my opinion much better than my new DSLR and Mirrorless. Was able to shoot for two days with one battery charge. And the details at 100% view are the same as the images from my full-frame 24MP camera. In other words, most cameras old or new are the same, all you need are good lenses and good camera techniques. Megapixels is only for the print size and any other extra feature is only for ease of use. BTW was able to print one image in 16X20 size with excellent details.

né i litigi,
né i chilometri.
È meditato,
provato,
controllato.
Alzando solennemente i versi, dita di righe,
lo giuro:
amo
d’un amore immutabile e fedele.

Marie Lou and her friend talk while walking back through a flower field before night fall
Friend : Did you ever wondered what we are for ?
Marie Lou : Hmmm... ?
Friend : Yeah, I mean why do we exist, why does anything exist in the first place...
Marie Lou : I don't know... All I know is that we have to fulfill our goals and dreams about what we currently know about the world
Friend : Totally, to go forward in our world, we need to accomplish goal, but are they real ? Or are we just a bit of imaginary ?
Marie Lou : I think we are all imaginary, our minds, our reality, our perception, nothing could be real. All locked behinf the curtain of stimulus of mind
Friend : Right...
Marie Lou : *sigh* Don't be troubled (Marie Lou smiled gently), let just our false reality be replaced by our dreams
Friend : (smile back at Marie Lou) Yeah, maybe one day we will figure it out
Marie Lou : That would be great ! Or at least I hope so. Do you wish to look at the stars with me ?
Friend : You bet !

Super last minute. Please excuse the grainy-ness and bad lighting. I'll get some kind of story up soon.
In retrospect, I probably would've made the color pattern less...chaotic...
incontenibilmente
fatalmente
nelle mattine e nei tramonti.
Acqua delle risacche sulle vecchie orme,
sulle vecchie tracce, sulle vecchie cose,

After rerailing the derailed hopper NS decided not to yard the 85 car train in Siskin and rather run it up from CSX in Birmingham, making for a new crew to get on and shove the entire train back onto the AGS North.
