I loved Turbo Esprit. I was surprised that it still feels pretty fast, and skidding round corners still just *feels* right, even though the display simply cuts from one straight-ahead view to another.
By the way, this is a street in "Romford".

Heroes of the Pacific: Nice kill shot of me taking down a Zero.
Heroes doesn't seem to make any sort of allowance for payload and it's effect on performance - I managed to dogfight this Zero easily, despite a full load of bombs!

Day 188 of 365 (Sunday) - Today didn't turned out as planned - thanks to works on the tracks it wasn't possible for us to meet my sister and niece today. I had been really looking forward to seeing them again, as our meeting last weekend hadn't felt long enough. I was also looking forward to a day of some photo opportunities. It took me a while to adjust to the fact that we were staying home, but I had in mind several things we could do... such as baking something sweet and yummy, and making some Christmas decorations... none of which happened in the end. On the photography front I kept waiting for something worthy of photographing to happen, but either it didn't, or I just wanted to enjoy the moment rather than take it over with a photography session.
I have recently intermittently felt I'm losing my way a bit with the 365, and photography more generally. Today was one of those days I considered calling it game over. With the calmness of settling my two youngest to sleep however I was able to think, and realise afresh that although my relationship with it all can blow hot and cold, I am in control. I can choose whether - or not - to do the 365, and what my rules of it are. Today is one of those days that the photo was a five minute grab what you can towards the end of the day. I could have gone out with my little window of time before bed and tried for something better, or, I could relax and take it easy. My rules, my photos, my relaxation. :-)

My least favourite version of the Warhawk in Heroes of the Pacific is this P-40N-15.
This is the ultimate upgrade of the P-40 in the game with increased armour, speed and guns. But the colour scheme kinda puts me off - a P-40 without sharks teeth? No thank you!

A very undignified end to Krom!
