FIFA Streets 2012 is the new sports video game by EA Sports based on street football. It is the first such game in almost four years, so enough reasons for a grand take off. That’s why GreenGraffiti® got the change to promote this new EA game. We sprayed the template next to “Johan Cruijf” courts, street football pitches, and high schools in the cities of Amsterdam, Utrecht, Den Haag and Rotterdam.

This was the second time I'd beaten the beta. The first time I beat it (Sunday, Feb. 5) I couldn't grab a screenshot at this screen. (Screenshotting in the game itself is still broken, as far as I can tell, so you have to command-M and then use command-shift-4 or command-shift-3 to take the screenshot.
David Ahl's Basic Computer Games allowed people to take code they saw in the book and run it on their computer. Mostly just clones of games popular at the arcades

This morning games were very hectic, the servers getting fuller as lunchtime approaches (and that means even more random death from above).
I've really taken to the Gunner class - and this upgrade to the M60 should be interesting.
The tip to change my perks to Stopping Power and Deep Impact seemed to work OK - as long as you spot the enemy before you!
I really think I could do with a 'Randomly thrown grenade umbrella' perk!

Although initially skeptical, I am now a big fan of Fallout 3's new VATS combat system.
Basically, in the heat of battle, VATS allows you to pause the action and focus on your target. From the VATS view (left) you can select the target's most vulnerable point and concentrate your fire on it.
But here's the best part...
Having selected your target point and confirmed your choice VATS goes into a battle view mode which shows the resultant action (right) in slow motion and in a third person camera view!
The resultant 'mini-movie' can be quite gory.

Patrick was an Oregon Trail floppy disk for Halloween. He made two shoulder-width disks to scale, one each for the front and back, and placed wet-media acetate and black construction paper behind the openings to represent the film. We recreated the label from a picture of the game "Expeditions" from the same brand.
The specific game resonated with people of a pretty specific age group. One person asked for his autograph and at least one person hugged him.
So many games - so little time! Created on 16th March 2010 during a single evenings Left for Dead 2 gaming, with a fun bunch and some server tweaks. Many thanks for the game and all the hilarity! Enjoy.

Well, if there was ever a picture that epitomized my day this is it. Adriana went to Nice with Tati for the weekend, which means time for me to have boy's weekend. Now you would think I would be out enjoying the beautiful spring day (and it was a beautiful day) but not me. I settled down with pizza and computer games, trying to conquer the world one turn at a time.
As a kid I loved playing video games, but as I've gotten older I've not had the time or interest to play much anymore. But once or twice a year I go through a period of digging out the old CD's and firing up my stone age Windows computer. So, happy to say that on Saturday I wasted about 15 hours of my life and successfully conquered the world!
