Cu Chi Tunnel Complex near Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam. January 2023.
The incredible underground network in Cu Chi stretched over 200 kilometres and became legendary during the American/Indo-China war. The extensive tunnels have been specially constructed with living areas, storage facilities, weapon factories, field hospitals, command centres, plus accommodation. During the tour we visited many parts, saw a widened section of the tunnels to get a feel of the underground life, and some of the hidden traps that were used to ensnare enemy soldiers.
