Built on the former site of a shopping centre next door to its former store (which traded as Lloyds until September 1993), there has been some sort of delay a few years ago as it sparked some backlash.
Traffic on North East Rd, especially during peak hours would be slowed to a 'snail's pace' due to frequent truck movement and a number of small businesses would be heavily impacted.
However, despite the debates, the project went ahead.

Golden Gate Produce Terminal. 1962 to present. View of plant in South San Francisco nearing completion. The move to the privately financed Golden Gate Produce Terminal, west of Bayshore Highway, culminated a long and bitter fight over where the merchants were to relocate after their district in San Francisco was redeveloped.
Pending completion, the Petit Trianon will be one of my largest prefabs. Currently I am working on the interior to get it all finalized.
The end result will most likely be 500 prims and will require a footprint of at least 30x30 meters square.
Upon completion of a Quick Impact Project, the United Nations Mission in South Sudan and partners hand over a solar-powered water pump to the community of Gormoyok village in Rejaf Payam. The project was requested by the community, implemented by Islamic Relief Worldwide, and sub-contracted to Relief Line with funding from UNMISS. The water pump station is able to draw 40,000 liters of water per day, during both dry and rainy seasons, and will supplement the hand pump well recently installed nearby. The community requested aid due to the fact that water trucks in town have largely been diverted to the Protection of Civilians site nearby, making it difficult to obtain clean water for drinking and cooking.
