Compass GX13 FSS in Chichester prior to working the flexible route 99 to Petworth.

On this occasion it didn't deviate from the main road at all ; apart from a couple of short riders in Chichester, the whole load of passengers - about ten of us - went all the way to Petworth.

Compass Rose is a motor yacht with an overall length of 48.77 m. The yacht's builder is C & G Boat Works, Inc. from United States, who launched Compass Rose in 2011. The superyacht has a beam of 10.97 m, a draught of 3.81 m and a volume of 285 GT.

Compass Rose features exterior design by D Marine Design, LLC. Compass Rose has an aluminium hull and an aluminium superstructure. She is powered by 2 engines, which give her a top speed of 15 kn. The yacht carries 155,202 litres of fuel on board.

This compass jellyfish with its distinctive radial markings was one of many stranded on Gronant beach. There were even more in the water - not good news for swimmers as this jellyfish can deliver a painful sting.
