This truck looked very similar to a Compaction Systems RL, but not 100% sure, once again on a DAF CF chassis and also spotted in Trafalgar Square.

That's moi posing with the friendly trinkets vendors outside the Blood Compact site in Bohol. The site itesf is nothing much, just a nondescript statue on the side of the road.
