Two SUVs, two bad parking jobs.
The fact that one is in a "compact" spot is simply icing on the cake.
Coincidentally, I parked next to a giant pick-up where the driver had BACKED IN to his spot and lined it up perfectly. Now why can't these bad drivers take a lesson from Mr. Good Parking?

Thought I'd experiment a little and make use of the 100mm for something other than toy portraits. The focusing on my 100mm is a little iffy, seems to do a lot of "searching". Focus locked in on the center but can't tell if it's just being fooled by the surface. Just some very minor retouching to erase some blemishes and to straighten it out.

Constructed in 1922, the somewhat obscure Sunnyside Mausoleum is a stunning architectural fantasyland of Spanish Renaissance art glass, sculpted marble and historic tilework — and it features one of California's 18 Foucault pendulums. Sunnyside was inspired in part by the Royal Pantheon beneath the Basilica at El Escorial in Spain. It is a strange and highly decorative place, its halls lined with elaborate stone niches and a "library" of book-shaped crematory urns. The memorial chapel's stained-glass windows depict California history, and the statue hall contains busts of Charlemagne, St. Augustine, Dante, Milton, Thomas Jefferson and Ralph Waldo Emerson, among other notables.
