My acrylic cartoon of the utter horrors of commuting to London on the train. It's filled with messages both hidden and visible. The money being wasted is symbolised by a large bag sitting in the field and also the one being burnt by corporate system seen in the distance. It's a toxic waste land of corruption and greed with the tax man being hammered into the ground (tax evasion). The train is packed with disgruntled commuters from all walks of life. Even the grim reaper has a day job and he's hitching a ride.

I love the Paris Metro and use it extensively when visiting. I became a little bit fascinated with the brightly colored chairs and painted walls, the little turquoise trains, and the whole metro life on my last trip to Paris.

The Daily Shoot #ds116 - "Rules" can be stifling if taken to extremes. Break the rules today with focus, composition, etc, and see what happens.

Behind the back, shutter priority with too long of an exposure while riding a bike. Probably broke some sort of "rule" in there, but I love the look on his face.

We do enjoy our morning commute in a way I don't think we would if we drove every day.
