The project 'Earth Mother Nature' seeks to showcase the presentations and discussions that took place at the Urban Green Fair 2010 in the different zones, while employing the mediums of vision and sound to a global audience.

I noticed from where I sit, my view and attention to my community doesn't stray much even in a free and expressive environment such as Elkin's class. Even so, I chose this photo because it was the most interesting, and even outside of the image, 3rd period with all my friends and time to work on everything that matters to me makes up a large meaningful part of my life. I chose to decrease the brightness and make subtle changes in the amount of red and yellow to correct some graininess in the people's clothing and hair, and the different objects on the desk.

From 3 to 5 December 2024, the international space community will meet in Bonn for a forum with the motto 'Sustainable Space for Sustainability on Earth'. Representatives from industry and research, as well as international organisations, governments and space agencies, will come together to discuss solutions for greater sustainability in space and ways in which space can contribute to sustainable development on Earth. The World Space Forum 2024 is organised by the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) in collaboration with the German Space Agency at the German Aerospace Center (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt; DLR), on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), and Peru and the United Arab Emirates.

Community Day was the culmination of BAMPFA's Grand Opening Week. The museum doors were thrown open for twelve hours to mark this historic occasion. Visitors got a first look at our inaugural exhibition, Architecture of Life. The day included DJs spinning records, dance performanes, a weaving workshop, and other impromptu happenings throughout the building, organized by artist David Wilson. Photo: Marisa Darabi
