This abandoned place was an old community school. The road is used by locals and tourists, it's an undiscovered beauty route to travel through. Nowadays there is a discussion who would be responsible, however I look forward to be restore and give an worthy use.
Living in a seaside town, there isn't a huge "community", other than that at the church, so I resorted to my Teddy B community.

Nobody sees a flower - really - it is so small it takes time - we haven't time - and to see takes time,
like to have a friend takes time

I have been attending a (seniors) photography workshop where we are looking at the communities in which we live. We are working towards a group project of some sort that we are collectively trying to define. It is very interesting for me as I have not worked collaboratively in my art very much.
Part of the progress is journaling as we try to individually place ourselves to experience new aspects of our neighbourhoods with the goal to tell a collective story on some level. It is interesting for me as I have mostly focused on the E+Ps of image making and have not initiated work with a any specific objectives in mind.
In the end I will not tell you what I see in this, what it means, that is for you to contribute. I will tell you that It does address many aspects of community I see around me in 2020 both good and bad.

This small rural community has a rather large old Church from around the year 1200, so as many other places, I guess this have been a larger community many years ago. I wonder about the silos, because under normal conditions, it is not allowed to build something tall or ugly close to a church, those silos are both tall and ugly, so I guess there must have been corruption involved here ! I like to do both documentations and historic photography, so things like this, I think is important for the future to be documented.
Class 43 locomotive No. 43192 arrives at Yatton station with the late-running 2U12, the 06:40 Penzance to Cardiff Central service on Saturday 30th October 2021. Sister locomotive No. 43122 was at the rear.
On this visit to Yatton I had the pleasure of the company of Stuart Warr and Invader1009, who had come here specifically to photograph this train.
Recently, I have done a documentary on Ramnami Samaj (community) in the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. It is a Hindu sect founded by Parasuram, a man from low caste untouchable Hindu community, in the 1890s that worshiped the Lord Ram. To prove their love and devotion to Lord Ram, they have tattooed the word “Ram” on their whole body and wear clothes with “Ram” written all over them. Even the walls of house have “Ram Ram” scribbled on them. This community is very liberal; they don’t discriminate between castes and respect all genders equally. They spend their entire day spiritually- by praying and chanting Ram bhajan (devotional songs). With only a handful of people left in this community, we can only wish for them to never let go of their cultural identity and for the coming generation to pursue it with fervor.
Let's all go to Ezra's house and have our laundry washed!
A charming scene but does look like a lot of work. Remember when your Mom or grandparents got their first dryer!
California Sea lions form large groups, called a colony when out of the water. These colonies are quite noisy and it seem animals are always scuffling about.
