I don't know what to think: my test shots for the weekly selfportraits tend to come out better than the actual shot.
165/365. This camera re-emerged from my shit-abyss as I was digging through some old gear this weekend. I instantly started thinking about how a neat "painted light" shot could be framed around it. Had a spare 30 mins to make it happen this afternoon.
First light painting session in a very long time thanks to the fact I have moved to a city. Was great to get out in the mountains and stumbled across this.
The Jurassic Park area at Paradise Wildlife Park. The occupants are now bathed in coloured light during the evening. Kids and adults love the spectacle.
Experience Lacock Abbey in a totally new light. Areas of the beautiful Medieval Cloisters and Tudor courtyard will be bath in light with their architectural features highlighted.
Footsteps of nuns will disapear up the night stairs, a fire will flicker in the warming room, ghostly liquid will trickle down the brewery equipment and more.

While it irks me that they have already begun playing Christmas music everywhere, this was a surprisingly fair and mild day, thus, the perfect time to get the lights up- Even if we do not officially illuminate them for a few more weeks.
This is a pedestrian walkway underneath a busy road.
I don't know of another underpass that is decorated like this. It almost looks as if a party is about to happen.
