We interupt the posting of the pictures for my New York City Trip to bring you...... MY MAMESHIBA COLLECTION!!!!! I have 22 pieces as of today. And here it all is!
The camera was made in Germany , in 1939 . According to Brian Coe , 10.403 were made . On the left is an early version (serial number 281567K) , on the right a later model (serial number 375129K) . The early model has a viewer compartment that is attached separately , in the late model it is integrated in the rest of the metal cover . The support foot differs (the hole is not standard) , as is the latch lever on the side . The later model has ribbed edges around the film compartment door ; the leatherette covering stops at the edge whereas in the early model it is folded around the edge.
At the end of 2017 I posted a pic showing my Red Lantern Collection, since then I have gotten a new Atrocitus. Which do you all think is better? I like the big fig more although I can see why some people may possibly like the Minifig more.

Helena married Prince Leopold, Duke of Albany, youngest son of Queen Victoria, at the suggestion of his mother. The two became engaged in November 1881. The couple had a brief, but happy marriage, ending in the hemophiliac Leopold's death from a fall in Cannes, France, in March 1884. At the time of Leopold's death, Helena was pregnant with their second child.
The couple had two children: Princess Alice of Albany (1883-1981), later Countess of Athlone, and Prince Charles, Duke of Albany (1884-1954), born posthumously, later Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha.
Helena died on 1 September, 1922, of a heart attack in Hinterriss in Tyrol, Austria, while visiting her son.
Through her son Charles Edward, Helena is the great-grandmother of Carl XVI Gustav, the current King of Sweden.

MY collection of 3 Humvees, greatly based on Legohaulics version. There are still a couple of pieces that i still need to make them look better, mainly grill plates, 1x1 clips and wedge plates.
These aren't your ordinary bricks. Take a closer look to see what I mean.
SPOILER ALERT: these are warped new bricks from the factory, and you thought LEGO hardly makes mistakes.

The minifigures I made for the Wizard of Oz build. They were only going to be seen from the back so I wasn't so concerned with the front. As you can see, Cowardly Lion is an Ewok, Scarecrow's face is being attacked with a green rubberband, Dorothy lost some of her hair and her dress turned white, and Tinman is a viking with Lobot's torso.
Out of all the minifigures though, I am most proud of myself with Toto. He even looks like Toto in every direction.

11 years of airline tickets: Less flying than some, but a helluva lot more than most. There are about 1500 paper tickets in this shoe box.
