Ice the next - overnight the pond started to freeze over - the geese and ducks in the open water - the gulls staying on the ice
Shortly before the moon set - Worm Moon - guessing its a sign of springs approach - tho you'll have a hard time convincing me - temperature was about 15 and set dropping
So we're having a bit of an issue with our heat atm😅
And with the temperatures being so cold where I am it's nice to have this little space heater & these nice cozy #Puma socks!

i saw these red leaves across the street. it would have been difficult to do a self portrait like this. so, i convinced my sister to put on my red wig and lay in the leaves. she was quite cold, so i only snapped a few frames.

I had lots of fun yesterday with my friends having a photo session with ram which is a great male model that we know.
its really nice to work with him, we were joking around about almost everything.. :)
and most his pics turn really good.. would love to take another photo session with him sometime in the future

For the last week I have been stuck in bed with Swine Flu, and let me tell you it has not been fun. I was on skype with my dad so he could show me my dog in Los Angeles to cheer me up, and I showed him all my medications lined up on my bedside table. I realized how funny and almost beautiful all my flu accouterments looked and thought I would share it.

My big tree in the back yard has finally started it's transformation into it's autumn colored glory. I'll have to brave the cool day and wind and go out to take a full view of it.

So much for the myth of sunny California by the beach. This was Salli, Rosie, and me at lunch at Dukes in Ventura after the dog show. The restaurant is dog friendly but only on the patio. It was freezing and we were sitting under one of those heaters and we were still cold. Oh but how good it felt when we got back in the car and turned on the heater and butt heaters. LOL
