This Apple TV could run with or without a Mac tethered during streaming playback. In January 2008 Apple launched the next version of the OS that allowed for direct movie rental and purchasing.

A further seven people have been arrested in raids as part of an operation to target drug dealing in Oldham.

They were arrested when officers from Greater Manchester Police raided five addresses just after 6am today, Tuesday 7 February 2012.

Officers from Oldham's neighbourhood policing teams launched the operation, codenamed Operation Rescind V, as their response to concerns the community had that drug dealing was a problem and, in turn, increasing crime and antisocial behaviour in the area.

The raids follow on from Operation Rescind I, Operation Rescind II, Operation Rescind III and Operation rescind IV where officers raided 16 addresses in March 2011, 15 addresses in July 2011, seven addresses in November 2011 and 9 addresses in January 2012, to date 60 people have been arrested for drugs offences.

These arrests came after months of investigations by officers from the Oldham division and Serious Crime Division into the distribution of heroin and crack cocaine.

In the latest raids this morning, five men and two women were arrested on suspicion of drugs offences, including possession with intent to supply class A drugs, after officers executed warrants across the Oldham area.

Properties were raided in the, Chadderton and Failsworth areas of Oldham.

More than 100 officers were involved in the raids and included officers from the neighbourhood policing teams, Serious Crime Division, tactical aid units, dog handlers and officers from the Department of Working Pensions.

Extra officers from Oldham's Neighbourhood Policing Teams will be patrolling the area for today and the next few days to provide a visible presence and reassurance to the community. Oldham drugs intervention team and First Choice homes will be involved in the operation to offer support.

Superintendent Catherine Hankinson, from Greater Manchester Police's Oldham Division, said: "Today shows that the desire to rid our communities of the blight of drugs is continuous and we will go back and keep tackling the issue in the same area as many times as necessary until the problem is dealt with.

"Residents told us that class A drug dealing was a worry to them so we have responded robustly to combat this.

"Drugs wreck lives and the crime associated with them causes misery to the whole community - so we do everything possible to find out who is responsible and put them before the courts.

"These arrests are the culmination of hundreds of hours of work by officers and our counterparts at the Crown Prosecution Service. We have used divisional and force resources to gather the intelligence we needed to take this action. It is not a quick process and we thank the community for their patience while we have been building the strongest case possible."

Eighteen suspects were arrested, cash, drugs and vehicles were seized, and over 100 motorists were summonsed for driving offences as part of our blitz on crime across the city of Salford on Tuesday 26 October 2021.

The action was part of our new force-wide initiative - codenamed Operation AVRO - which will run each month in a different district, and began this October in Salford.

Over 200 officers were involved in the operation - maximising resources from across our districts and specialist units - and flooded the city with a surge of activity, including warrants, arrests, community engagement, traffic enforcement, and crime-prevention advice.

The day was bookended with two public street briefings; one of which was led by Chief Constable Stephen Watson in Walkden town centre - moments after a shoplifting suspect was arrested in a nearby superstore - before over 30 neighbourhood officers embarked on anti-social behaviour patrols in the area.

A total of 13 warrants were executed during the day which saw 18 people arrested - including a teenager found in his attic in possession of four stolen phones and car keys believed to have been stolen overnight in Pendleton.

One of the more unique arrests was in Weaste alongside partners in the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) as a man was taken to custody to be questioned for the illegal trade of birds; over 20 exotic birds were taken to safety by RSPCA officers who later questioned the suspect.

Our traffic cops underwent a day of intensified traffic enforcement on A57 Regent Road which resulted in 19 uninsured vehicles seized, 104 motorists reported for traffic offences, and 10 unsafe vehicles prohibited from the road.

Community officers dropped leaflets through the doors of hundreds of local residents to let them know about the AVRO activity taking place through the day, and councillors and other local community members joined our local patrols in engaging with the public and discussing ways of tackling crime.

Multi-agency visits to 26 addresses took place through the afternoon with Salford City council where officers from our Salford Connect safeguarding team spoke to a number of suspected victims of 'cuckooing' where criminals target and criminally exploit vulnerable adults.

The day's action has been pledged to be more than a one-off; instead an exemplification of the new era GMP has launched itself into, where more criminals are arrested, more assets are seized, and more police are in our neighbourhoods.

Assistant Chief Constable Scott Green, GMP's joint-lead on local policing, said: "I hope that yesterday was a reminder to all of our communities that GMP is very much here and able to show a really visible presence on our streets.

"It has served as a reminder to the criminals that are causing harm to our communities, to families, that GMP is on its front foot and we will - based on intelligence - conduct enforcement activity.

"This is what a new and resurgent GMP looks like and we have shown - and are committed to continuing to show - that we are really capable of putting on these key enforcement activities.

"GMP is a big team and we should have our head held high. We should be out there, engaging with the public, conducting enforcement and reminding the criminals that are causing harm that this is what we're here to do.

"This is the start of a new era of policing in Greater Manchester and the people of Salford experienced just the start of this yesterday; we hope communities in the city should start to feel closer to their neighbourhood teams and reporting the issues that matter to them.

"For the rest of the region: Operation AVRO will be coming to a town near you soon where you can expect to see something just as big, if not bigger. This will only enhance - not detract - from our day-to-day work as we pledge to bring more criminals to book and make our streets a safer place."

Praising GMP's Operation AVRO, Salford City Mayor Paul Dennett said: “Yesterday was a successful operation with drugs, cash and stolen property recovered from warrants and uninsured drivers caught on the roads.

"I’d like to thank local people for their support. Their information is vital so that the enforcement agencies can take action. I’d encourage anybody with information that may be useful to authorities to make contact."

The Casablanca Conference (codenamed SYMBOL) was held at the Anfa Hotel in Casablanca, Morocco, then a French protectorate, from January 14 to 24, 1943, to plan the Allied European strategy for the next phase of World War II. In attendance were United States President Franklin D. Roosevelt, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, and representing the Free French forces, General Charles de Gaulle, and General Henri Giraud. Premier Joseph Stalin had declined to attend, citing the ongoing conflict in Stalingrad required his presence in the Soviet Union. The conference agenda addressed the specifics of tactical procedure, allocation of resources and the broader issues of diplomatic policy. The debate and negotiations produced what was known as the “Casablanca Declaration,” and what is, perhaps, its most historically provocative statement of purpose, “unconditional surrender.” The doctrine of “unconditional surrender” came to represent the unified voice of implacable Allied will—the determination that the Axis powers would be fought to their ultimate defeat and annihilation

Getting ready for #OpLongford on social media.

Police have launched a two-day operation to protect the most vulnerable members of the community.

The initiative codenamed Operation Longford will see officers from across the Force and specialist units including traffic, tactical aid and the ANPR intercept teams take to the streets in a bid to target vulnerability in the community.

Some of the work as part of the days of action (Friday 29 to Saturday 30 May) will include visits to licensed premises, policing open spaces that attract youths and alcohol, takeaway enforcement, visit to shisha bars in addition to Metrolink and Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE)* patrols.

Superintendent Craig Thompson operational lead said: “Safeguarding vulnerable people is an on-going priority for the Force which makes days of action like this so important. By having mechanisms in place and working alongside our partners we can ensure those at greater risk in our community are protected before the actions such as exploitation and abuse begin.

“As with our day to day policing we will also carry out enforcement work and will target offenders for a range of offences including, human trafficking, Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE*), antisocial behaviour and general criminality.”

As part of the operation officers from the City Centre Neighbourhood Policing Team and partners such as Manchester City Council, Greater Manchester Police and Crime Commissioner will launch the partnership Safe Haven scheme. It is a place of safety for anyone who is out and about in the city centre on a Friday or Saturday night and in need of help, support, a place of safety or a designated meeting point for when you lose your friends.

Superintendent Thompson added: “We want Operation Longford to show our community that their safety comes first and will always be our priority. We will make use of all of our disruption tactics to put a stop to criminals.”

For live updates from the operation follow #OpLongford from the GMP twitter accounts. You can find your local Twitter account by visiting: www.gmp.police.uk/socialmedia.

Omaha Beach was the Allied codename for one of the principal landing points during the Normandy landings on June 6, 1944. The beach is approximately 3.5 miles (5.6 km) long, from Sainte-Honorine-des-Pertes to Vierville-sur-Mer.

The untested 29th Infantry Division, joined by 8 companies of Rangers redirected from Pointe du Hoc, were to assault the western flank of the beach. The 1st Infantry Division was given the eastern approach. This was their third amphibious assault of the war, after Africa and Sicily. The primary objective of the Omaha Beach assault was to secure a beachhead between Port-en-Bessin and the Vire River, before pushing southward toward Saint-Lô.

The Allied air bombardment of the beach defenses prior to the landings was largely ineffective: most of the ordnance fell too far inland. The initial naval bombardment proved just as ineffective due to the short time allotted to the naval guns (40 minutes). The result was German defenses left largely intact when the first assault waves hit the beach. Soldiers who were not immediately killed found almost no defilade on the 182 meter-deep beach (at low tide), and what little cover provided by the beach obstacles was nullified by overlapping fields of fire pre-sighted by the Germans. Fogbanks and smoke from artillery fire created low visibility for the men on the beach, and many could only barely make out the cliffs ahead. The carefully planned assault became chaos as wind, waves, and current scattered most of the landing craft far from their assigned targets. Tired and seasick troops, weighed down by wet and sand-filled gear, could not run across the open sand (as often portrayed in movies). Most could only walk or trot the expanse toward the seawall.

The landings at Omaha Beach resulted in heavy American casualties. The official record of the 1st Infantry Division stated that "within 10 minutes of the ramps being lowered, [the leading] company had become inert, leaderless and almost incapable of action. Every officer and sergeant had been killed or wounded... It had become a struggle for survival and rescue". The approximately 40,000 men of V Corps incurred over 3,000 casualties, most in the first few hours.

The Battle of Normandy was fought in 1944 between Nazi Germany in Western Europe and the invading Allied forces as part of the larger conflict of World War II. Over sixty years later, the Normandy invasion, codenamed Operation Overlord, still remains the largest seaborne invasion in history, involving almost three million troops crossing the English Channel from England to Normandy in then German-occupied France.

Operation Blue Star was the codename for the attack on the Akal Takht Sahib and the Harmandir Sahib complex during the period June 1 to 6, 1984. The Indian army invaded the Harmandir Sahib complex on the orders of the then Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi. At the time of the operation, close to 100,000 army troops had been deployed throughout Punjab.

The Tesla Model S is a sedan in development by Tesla Motors. It is an electric car that was codenamed WhiteStar during research and preliminary development.

It is expected to enter production by early to mid 2011 with a price of $57,400 for the base model. The base model will have a range of 160 miles (260 km) when fully charged, and a 0 to 60 mph (0 to 97 km/h) acceleration of 5.6 seconds. There will also be larger battery packs available with ranges of 230 and 300 miles (370 and 480 km).

In 2017 Ford of Europe refreshed their Fiesta product. The new model, codenamed B479 replaced the B299 launched in 2008. The B479 continues on the same platform as the B299 and inherits many of the engines and engine families of the previous car.

Headline act is the Fiesta ST with a 150 kW (200PS) version of the 1.5 L GTDi (Ecoboost) 3-cylinder engine. Other Fiesta models have either 3-Cylinder petrol engine in 1.1 L Ti-VCT or 1.0 L Ecoboost (in various power outputs), or a 1.5 L, 4-cylinder diesel.

In addition to the 3 and 5-door hatch bodies, the new Fiesta also has a 'Fiesta Active' version, which is similar to the 5-door hatch, but configured as a higher-riding semi-crossover vehicle. This reflects the trend to this type of vehicle across all size segments.

Shown here is the ST-Line, replacing the previous 'Sport', and capitalising on the strength of the ST sub-brand. The ST-Line has the looks, but is mechanically configured per the other Fiesta models (ST excluded).

The new for 2020 Ford Explorer, codenamed U625 also debuted an all-new vehicle architecture for the Ford Motor Company, known as CD6. Originally envisioned to support a wide array of SUV, sedan, luxury and performance products, ultimately the only two CD6 vehicles to enter production so far are the U625 Explorer, and its twin, the U611 Lincoln Aviator.

The CD6 Explorer saw a return of a longitudinal drivetrain, an enabler for higher-performance vehicle dynamics and powertrain deployment. Base engine in the Explorer is a 2.3L Ecoboost I4 producing 300 hp (224 kW), next up is a 3.0L Ecoboost V6, producing 365 hp (272 kW), or 400 hp (298 kW) in Explorer ST guise. Two Hybrid models are available, a 3.3L Miller-Cycle V6 producing a combined ICE + Electric output of 318 hp (237 kW), or a 3.0L Ecoboost V6 producing 450 hp (336 kW).

All variants use Ford's new 10-speed automatic transmission. Lower powered versions are available in RWD and AWD, while high-power versions are AWD only.

The primary purpose of the Explorer though, is family hauling, and in this respect it has full seating for up to seven passengers in comfort.

An impressive vehicle for sure - unfortunately Ford had issues during launched, tarnishing the brand and the model at a critical time - and has struggled to regain market confidence.

This is similar to the other Lizzies, with a few subtle cosmetic differences/tagging.

Typical prototype “FCC not approved” tagging on the back.

Inside the battery compartment, the serial number tag reads “QUICKM06”.

The rubber port/power cover is missing (they pop out if you pull on them).

There is also a pink sticker tag which reads “JOB: QUICK”, “S. NO: 3”.

PCMCIA eject button has a subtle bump on it.

The speaker port cover is non-standard/looks shrunken.

It boots with a weird non-standard ding & shows that weird “Lindy Diagnostics 0.01E” screen. From there you can get into various diagnostic/testing menus.

The Type 908 (NATO reporting name Fusu-class, also known as Nancang-class) replenishment ship is a class of multi-product replenishment oilers commissioned into the People's Liberation Army Navy and the Royal Thai Navy. The first Type 908 replenishment ship, Qinghaihu, was originally laid down for the Soviet Navy as a Komandarn Fedko class merchant tanker, but construction was halted due to insufficient funds. The ship was then purchased by China as an incomplete vessel in 1993 from post-Soviet Ukraine. The ship has a near sister ship (INS Jyoti (A58)) operating with the Indian Navy. After significant refit, the ship was consecutively renamed the Qinghaihu (885), formerly ex Nancang (Nanyun 953) and ex-Vladimir Peregudov . Another similar ship was built and sold to Thailand and currently in service with the Royal Thai Navy as HTMS Similan (871).

The Type 908 AOR is the 2nd generation Chinese replenishment ship that is outfitted with a total of six cranes, four oil refuelling stations, and two stores stations. This allows the ship to replenish three warships simultaneously. The ship, through her helicopter facilities, is able to replenish warships operating nearby via vertical replenishment (VERTREP).

Utah Beach was the codename for one of the Allied landing beaches during the D-Day invasion of Normandy, as part of Operation Overlord on 6 June 1944.

It is the first sector of the two American landing zones.

This sector is about 3 miles (5 km) long and was the westernmost of the five landing beaches.

It was wanted to establish a bridgehead directly in the Cotentin, in order to capture CHERBOURG and its deep water harbor.

Just North of Utah Beach, the Varreville Dunes were ideally located to afford a link to the highway which facilliate the unloading of men and material after the beach landing.

The beach and the highway are threatened by a german heavy gun battery installed at "la Croix aux Bertots".

On the night of 28-29 may 1944, with remarkable precision, the R.A.F. dropped 1800 tons of bombs which anhilated this battery.

On 6 june, with 75 U.S. paratroopers, Lt Colonel Robert G.Cole of the 101st Abn.Div. reached this battery and controlled beach exits N°3 and N°4.

At dawn on 6 june, the 342nd Sqn. of the "Free French Aerial Group LORRAINE", commanded by Lt. Colonel FOURQUET, participated in the beach landings by creating a smoke screen to shield the naval forces from the German Coast Artillery Batteries. At the extreme Easter end of the Normandy Beach Landings, in the Departement of Calvados, Captain KIEFFERS's Commando, made up of 171 French Marines, landed at 8h45 and took over the fortified position at Riva Bella.

On 1st August 1944, General LECLERC's 2nd French Armored Division landed on this shore and immediately set out for la HAYE DU PUITS and ST JAMES in the souther part of the Departement of MANCHE.

This division was attached to the XXth corps of the U.S Third Army under the command of General Georges S. PATTON.

On 8 August, it reaches the outskirts of LE MANS and continues on toward ALENCON. On 22 august, General LECLERC is ordered to march on PARIS and, after the liberation of this city on 25 august, the French 2nd Armored Division continues its advance on STRASBOURG and, from there, reaches BERCHTESGADEN.

Two Type 052C (NATO codename: Luyang-II class) air defence guided missile destroyers have been built by Jiangnan Shipyard of Shanghai for the PLA Navy. A total of 48 indigenous HQ-9 air defence missiles are housed in eight 6-cell vertical launch systems (VLS). Unlike the Russian-style revolver VLS, the Type 052C’s VLS is fixed with each launch cell having its own lid. The missile system utilises the ‘cold launch’ method, in which the missile was first ejected from the launch tube, and then ignites its rocket engine at low altitude. This launch method avoids the complex flame and gas exhausting pipes on the Western-style ‘hot launch’ VLS, and also decreases damage to the ship structure caused by the rocket motor blast.

The surface-to-surface weapon of the Type 052C destroyer is the indigenously developed YJ-62 (C-602) ASCM. Unlike the previous YJ-8 series anti-ship missiles, which were all carried inside a box-shape launcher, the YJ-62 is carried inside a cylinder-shape launcher. A total of eight missiles (two 4-cell launchers) are located at the mid-ship position. The missiles are guided by the Band Stand radar installed on top of the bridge and a Light Bulb datalink forward of the hanger. The YJ-62 missile uses strap-down inertial guidance coupled with GPS, and active radar for the terminal phase. The missile has a stated range of 280km, with the missile flying at an altitude of 30m during the cruise phase of an engagement. In the terminal phase, the missile descends 7~10m. The active radar seeker has an acquisition range of up to 40km.

Features and Function of the model:

Material:Zinc alloy construction with small plastic parts.

390mm in Length.

Hand-assembled from more than 280 separate parts.

Normandy landings

The Normandy landings (codenamed Operation Neptune) were the landing operations on Tuesday, 6 June 1944 (termed D-Day) of the Allied invasion of Normandy in Operation Overlord during World War II. The largest seaborne invasion in history, the operation began the liberation of German-occupied northwestern Europe from Nazi control, and contributed to the Allied victory on the Western Front.

Planning for the operation began in 1943. In the months leading up to the invasion, the Allies conducted a substantial military deception, codenamed Operation Bodyguard, to mislead the Germans as to the date and location of the main Allied landings. The weather on D-Day was far from ideal, but postponing would have meant a delay of at least two weeks, as the invasion planners had requirements for the phase of the moon, the tides, and the time of day that meant only a few days in each month were deemed suitable. Adolf Hitler placed German Field Marshal Erwin Rommel in command of German forces and of developing fortifications along the Atlantic Wall in anticipation of an Allied invasion.

The amphibious landings were preceded by extensive aerial and naval bombardment and an airborne assault—the landing of 24,000 American, British, and Canadian airborne troops shortly after midnight. Allied infantry and armoured divisions began landing on the coast of France at 06:30. The target 50-mile (80 km) stretch of the Normandy coast was divided into five sectors: Utah, Omaha, Gold, Juno, and Sword. Strong winds blew the landing craft east of their intended positions, particularly at Utah and Omaha. The men landed under heavy fire from gun emplacements overlooking the beaches, and the shore was mined and covered with obstacles such as wooden stakes, metal tripods, and barbed wire, making the work of the beach-clearing teams difficult and dangerous. Casualties were heaviest at Omaha, with its high cliffs. At Gold, Juno, and Sword, several fortified towns were cleared in house-to-house fighting, and two major gun emplacements at Gold were disabled, using specialised tanks.

The Allies failed to achieve any of their goals on the first day. Carentan, St. Lô, and Bayeux remained in German hands, and Caen, a major objective, was not captured until 21 July. Only two of the beaches (Juno and Gold) were linked on the first day, and all five beachheads were not connected until 12 June; however, the operation gained a foothold which the Allies gradually expanded over the coming months. German casualties on D-Day have been estimated at 4,000 to 9,000 men. Allied casualties were at least 10,000, with 4,414 confirmed dead.

Museums, memorials, and war cemeteries in the area now host many visitors each year. (Wikipedia)

Jørgen Haagen Schmith (18 December 1910 – 15 October 1944), better known under the codename Citronen (Danish for 'the Lemon'), was a renowned fighter in the Danish resistance movement during the German Occupation of Denmark of 1940-45. In 1951 he and his partner Bent Faurschou Hviid were posthumously awarded the United States Medal of Freedom by President Harry Truman.

Just before the war, Schmith found work as a concierge and stage manager at Zigeunerhallen music hall in Copenhagen.

Following the German invasion, Schmith joined the Danish Resistance movement.

He became a member of the Holger Danske group, based in Copenhagen.

He performed spectacular operations together with fellow resistance fighter Bent Faurschou Hviid (Flame), in which Citron generally served as driver and Flame as executioner of their targets.

In July 1943, Schmith sabotaged a Citroën garage. Six German cars and a tank were destroyed. From that action, he was given the code name of "Citron."

On 19 September 1944, Faurschou Hviid and Schmith disguised themselves as policemen. On that day, the Germans happened to arrest the entire Danish police force, capturing the two men. Although they were exhaustively sought by the Gestapo, they were not immediately recognized. Schmith jumped a fence to escape, and was shot in the process. He was rescued by an ambulance and recovered. Faurschou-Hviid slipped away during the confusion.

Schmith moved to a safe house at Jægersborg Allé 184. Faurschou-Hviid relocated to Jutland following their escape, but he left all of his weapons under Schmith's bed. A month after their escape, German soldiers arrived at the house to arrest or kill Schmith. He fought for hours against an overwhelming force of enemy troops, killing 11 and wounding scores of others. The Germans finally set the house on fire, shooting and killing Schmith as he tried to escape from the flames.

Porsche made a long overdue update to the 911 product in 1989, codenamed 964. The 964 retained the external bodywork appearance of the previous 911 series, despite the car being 85% new.

Stylistically, the 964 had integrated aerodynamic bumpers, front and rear.

Mechanically the 964 received a new 3.6L 6-cylinder boxer motor, of the familiar air-cooled layout. This new engine produced 184 kW (250 PS) and 310 Nm (228 lb.ft) in the standard guise.

A new all-wheel-drive system became available for the first time in the 911 product. These were termed 'Carrera 4', while the traditional rear-wheel-drive layout models were termed 'Carrera 2'.

Three body types were available, the coupe, targa-top (shown) and a full convertible.

Numerous go-fast versions of the car were produced, including Turbo models, through the 4-year production run, before being superseded by the type-993.

Two junior crime fighters land a hand.

Greater Manchester Police’s Stockport Division today (11/10/10) launched a major new awareness campaign, codenamed Operation Gotham, to encourage residents to light up as the nights get darker.

Traditionally burglaries increase as the clocks go back, as criminals love the dark and like to target unlit properties.

Officers are using school pupils as junior crime fighters to help keep homes safe. Pupils take a survey sheet home, assess the security measurements in place and fill in the survey. On completion a parent or guardian signs it.

To help keep burglaries down an advertising van will be travelling around the borough with crime prevention advice.

Vulnerable residents will receive a free light timer and light bulb and residents in areas that were targeted this time last year will receive information on how they can keep criminals in the cold.

Extra police patrols will be on the streets for the next few months. Known offenders will receive letters and personal visits from officers throughout the campaign.

Chief Superintendent Rebekah Sutcliffe, Divisional Commander for the Stockport Division said: “Burglary is one of our main priorities and a major threat as the nights draw in. The campaign is starting early so people are prepared when the clocks go back. We are asking people to switch a light on and turn a burglar off. Also remember ALL. Alarm, locks and lights. Set your alarm if you have one, lock your doors and windows and leave a light on.

“Residents can support us by anonymously reporting suspicious activity or useful information to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111”.

Councillor Helen Foster-Grime, Stockport Council’s Executive Member for Communities, said: “This campaign is about raising awareness so residents can be prepared for the dark nights to reduce the risks of their property being burgled. This campaign will help make Stockport and even safer place to live.”

Police figures show that even during autumn and winter one in three burglaries are through open or unlocked doors and windows.

Jestem, który jestem. Code Name: "CHARON" | Mercedes-Benz C63s AMG [W205] tuned & powered by auto-Dynamics.pl

Idealny. CHARON. AD850+. Mercedes-Benz C63s AMG [W205] by auto-Dynamics.pl

„Na drzewie milczenia wisi jego owoc" / Schopenhauer | ergo kreacji projektu „Charon” bazuje na kanwie dynamicznego reprezentanta stajni Aufrecht Melcher Großaspach, o motor-sportowo przeprojektowanym genotypie zdefiniowanym w Affalterbach przez stuttgarckiego producenta pod postacią Mercedes-Benz C63 S o typoszeregu kodyfikowanym przez koncern Daimler AG jako W205. Elementarnie – perfekcja, lecz maksymę "The Best Or Nothing" ochoczo proklamowaną marketingowo przez MB – kontestujemy i konstytuujemy w auto-Dynamics.pl na nowo, trawestując AMG w odmianę naszpikowaną unikatowością i niepowtarzalnością. W budzącą powszechny i ustawiczny niepokój, modyfikacyjną wariację wypełnioną bezwstydną ekstremalnością, bezlitosną mocą i niemiłosierną elastycznością.

Cel? 800KM+. Modyfikacyjną metamorfozę rozpoczęliśmy od wymiany fabrycznych, mało wydajnych turbosprężarek na wariant mechanicznie zmodyfikowany [zarówno ciepła jak i zimna strona obu sprężarek]. Zestaw od niekwestionowanego, niemieckiego lidera w dziedzinie upgrade’ów turbosprężarek, naszego ekskluzywnego partnera podczas budowy najmocniejszych projektów – renomowanej firmy The Turbo Engineers. Kolejno celem maksymalizacji przepustowości gazów spalinowych, w C63 S zamontowane zostały sportowe, eliminujące restrykcyjne, farbyczne katalizatory, w pełni przelotowe rury „DP / Downpipe’s” firmy Supersprint. Rury DP's doposażyliśmy własnym sumptem w dodatkową termoizolację firmy DEI. Całość sportowego układu wydechowego douzupełnia system typu cat-back austriackiego producenta – firmy Remus Innovation, naturalnie z zaimplementowanymi zaworami / przepustnicami, które to pozwalają zdalnie, za pomocą pilota na wybór trybu głośności pracy systemu wydechowego. Następny etap to instalacja profesjonalnego, ekstremalnie rozbudowanego, sportowego, wykonanego w całości z włókna węglowego [carbon fiber] układu dolotowego od renomowanego, brytyjskiego producenta – firmy Eventuri. Ponadto, towarzyszące i uzupełniające mechaniczne modyfikacje to system adapterów zaworów atmosferycznych / upustowych ASV / BOV – amerykańskiej firmy Weistec oraz szereg mniejszych i większych autorskich rozwiązań i solucji. Efekty naszego zabiegu zmierzone na hamowni, wykorzystując potencjał wszystkich przeprowadzonych modyfikacji mechanicznych, po dokonaniu profesjonalnego, indywidualnego strojenia [chiptuning] jednostki ECU to 855KM i 972Nm. Cóż – „pacta sunt servanda”. Linia przebiegu momentu obrotowego została specjalnie i charakterystycznie wymodelowana. Celowo, z powodów trakcyjnych RWD, zlimitowaliśmy moment w dolnej partii obrotów i uwypukliliśmy w górnej sekcji, czyli de facto powyżej pułapu w którym pojazd osiąga już pełne zdolności trakcyjne. Przyrost actus purus: +345KM i +272Nm [V-Max: 320kmh+ / 200mph+]

Celem maksymalnego wykorzystania właściwości i parametrów nowego pakietu najwyższej klasy podzespołów oraz poprawy charakterystyki pracy i skuteczniejszej ochrony automatycznej przekładni C63 S, w całym układzie wymieniony został olej na wyczynową, wydajniejszą odmianę pochodzącą z palety produktów brytyjskiej firmy Millers - Millermatic ATF MB, naturalnie w połączeniu z kompletem nowych [OEM AMG] części i filtrów przewidzianych przez producenta do przeprowadzenia takowej procedury w skrzyni AMG. W całym układzie hamulcowym wymieniony został płyn na wyczynowy wariant o ekstremalnie wysokiej temperaturze wrzenia i znakomitej odporności higroskopijnej [Płyn „Performance Brake Fluid” brytyjskiej firmy Millers].

To fakt. Trakcyjną ewolucję projektu rozpoczęliśmy od instalacji progresywnych, sportowych, obniżająco-usztywniających sprężyn, niemieckiej firmy Eibach skutkujących znacznym obniżeniem środka ciężkości pojazdu, przekładającym się na radykalną poprawę „feeling’u” w prowadzeniu AMG paralelnie z monstrualną eskalacją atrybutów stylistyczno-wizualnych. Za jeszcze skuteczniejszy i efektywniejszy transfer homerycznej mocy odpowiada zestaw nowych kół który to dodatkowo manifestuje i podkreśla zakres wszystkich, przeprowadzonych modyfikacji a symultanicznie, perfekcyjnie koresponduje z bryłą C63s. Finalnie, fabryczne, szalenie nudne i sztampowe obręcze ustąpiły miejsca dystynktywnym felgom z palety niemieckiego, kultowego producenta – firmy BBS. Prawidłowe mocowanie felg do piast zapewnił zestaw dedykowanych, odpowiednio zwymiarowanych, czarnych śrub marki Eibach.

„Less Is More” a modyfikowany-motoryzacyjnie przez #teamAD egzemplarz C63 S Baureihe 205 stanowi idealny casus konstatujący przywołaną powyżej teorię. Reorientacja, dzięki kompleksowo przeprowadzanej metamorfozie przekształciła dotychczasowy, chaotyczny, wielokolorowy styl AMG w optycznie poprawny, spójny i minimalistyczny.

>>> Górne nakładki klamek drzwi

>>> Insygnia modelowe błotników przednich

>>> Listwa akcentowa pokrywy maski bagażnika

>>> Emblemat / gwiazda MB pokrywy maski bagażnika

>>> Insygnia AMG pokrywy maski bagażnika

>>> Insygnia modelowe C63s pokrywy maski bagażnika + akcent żóltego tła pod literą „S”

>>> Pokrywę silnika / turbosprężarek oraz kilka innych akcentów

>>> Szereg subtelnych insygniów pakietu AD850+

Dopełniając całość zmian stylistycznych, całą karoserię „Charon’a” wykończoną fabrycznie w kolorze brilliant blue metallic pokryliśmy matową odmianą folii zabezpieczającej pochodzącej od niekwestionowalnego lidera w dziedzinie projektowania i produkcji folii PPF – firmy Magnus Pro. Efekt zaaplikowanej, przeźroczystej, matowej folii ochronnej na metaliczny, połyskujący lakier przekracza w dziennym i nocnym świetle wszelkie oczekiwania. Finalny rezultat zabiegu zespołu #AD pozwala przede wszystkim na abstrakcyjną interpretację barwy koloru nadwozia czyniąc ostateczną kompozycję szalenie indywidualną oraz nietuzinkową, jednocześnie zachowując pełne zabezpieczenie wynikające z właściwości folii PPF podczas codziennej eksploatacji.

„Czego twój wróg nie powinien wiedzieć, nie mów przyjacielowi” / Schopenhauer | Code Name: CHARON przeszedł u nas w #AD szereg towarzyszących, mniejszych i większych modyfikacji mających wpływ na ostateczny kształt przyrostów i niezawodności. Pozostałe kwestie, aspekty i wynikający z doświadczenia know-how, pozostawiamy w czeluściach umysłów całego zespołu auto-Dynamics.pl.
