The painting, of a calm and awfully clean cock fight was done in 1963. It was for sale at an antique store down the street from me. I didn't buy it.

SNG Ashmolean –; SNG von Aulock –; SNG München –; SNG Copenhagen –; Traité I 86. Good VF, toned, a little off center on obverse. Extremely rare, and the only example in CoinArchives.

The English Cocker Spaniel is a handy, energetic and affectionate dog. Excellent with kids; gentle and playful, but does not tolerate teasing well. It is sociable with strangers, a moderate barker, and obeys respectfully the orders it is given. Generally an outgoing breed, but some individuals can be reserved. Cockers should be trained very gently, but firmly, as the are sensitive but also rather independent.

this cock was found in a hasidic neighborhood in brooklyn. there are no animals like this in brooklyn. it chased me down the street every time i took it's picture. it didn't like me, and i don't think his owners did either since they laughed at me every time i tried to ask them a question about their weird street rooster.
