The first clip I chose is a sketch from Monty Python's Flying Circus. I chose it because of the unique and strange movements that John Cleese does while he is walking. His walking is almost cartoon-like and I think would go very well with an animated character.
The second clip is of Norman Wisdom in On The Beat. I chose this clip because of the very exaggerated movements that he does within the sequence. Each movement seems to have that extra bit of flare, giving it a bit more energy.
The third clip I chose is a Tommy Cooper sketch called Cooper's Karate Class. I chose this clip because of how Tommy Cooper reacts to being hit with a plank of wood. His reaction contains many subtle movements and actions that really give the impression of being hit with something hard and also makes the clip much funnier. The way he stands stiff really gives off the impression of him being in shock after not fully anticipating the blow.
