Priory Meadow Shopping Centre is a shopping centre in Hastings, East Sussex, England. The centre was opened in 1997 by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
The building was built on Central Cricket Ground, which had originally opened in 1864 and had since remained the main cricket venue in the town. This history is reflected by the statue in Queens Square of a batsman holding a pose having played a shot. The observant shopper will be able to spot the ball that this batsman has hit (as at May 2011, the ball can be seen in the wall above F. Hinds jewellers)

The first clip is a part of Warner Bros. Cartoons episodes of Bugs Bunny. Before pointing at the carrot the character bends backwards to give the audience a clue what is happening next which presents one of the twelve Principles of Animation - Anticipation. We also notice that with each pointing the movement of the hand becomes less and less dynamic. The main reason of this slowing down is to make the following jump unexpected. I chose this clip because it clearly presents Anticipation and it will be good for animation.
I chose the second clip because the movement of the character is light and with no change in the speed. It will be interesting to animate a character moving with ease because there should be a perfect sync within all of the body parts. In the short clip the arms,legs and spine move simultaneously which gives the animation more realism.
The third clip shows a very dynamic and complex rotating movement which will be very challenging to animate. A possible problem in animating will be the timing because there are dramatic changes of the speed of of rotating (mainly when the girl changes her positions). For making a more realistic animation there should be payed more attention in the overlapping action - in this way the movement will look unbroken and finished.

It's finals week, and a bunch of us teachers stayed in the faculty room after school to grade papers. I walked by one teacher's open bag and marveled at the variety and number of binder clips she had stashed inside, like a family of binder clips with a momma and a poppa and whole bunch of children.
Once a stop along the Doge City & Cimarron Valley Railway, the rails in Pritchett have not seen a train in many years. The post office was started in 1927, and the town was named after railroad official Henry S. Pritchett. The town grew to include three hotels, a couple lumberyards, a state bank, service station, schools, grocery stores and more, and a trio of grain elevators were built at the south side of the business district along the tracks. The Great Depression and Dust Bowl of the 1930's caused Pritchett's eventual decline. Many people left the city as the farmlands dried up to the point nothing could be grown. Things got better in the 1940's, but Pritchett never recovered.
Fun Fact:
The town was one of the locations for the film Hi-Lo County, a 1998 drama/western film directed by Stephen Frears, starring Billy Crudup, Woody Harrelson, Cole Hauser, Sam Elliott, Patricia Arquette, Penelope Cruz and Enrique.
