Candid street photography taken in Glasgow, Scotland. A little of that eye contact and a fantastic pose and contrast in tone that really caught my eye. Enjoy full screen and I wish you all a great weekend!
After my quick little impromptu shoot with the ZR1 I finally got to take it to a proper location. Was able to get access to this private hanger and get the look I wanted. I'm pretty happy on how this turned out, 2-3 more images from the hanger will come shortly!

A revisit to this abandoned house somewhere in Germany. Better light and less waiting around for sunrise helped the morning, mostly shot this time with the 50mm and covered a few other bits.

Covid 2019
I think the staff where I work deserve some representation of what it is like for staff. I'm going to create a small album of people working (but only if they want to be in it!)
All of them are hardworking, caring individuals, but the last year has taken us all closer to the edge.
A sample pic from the Clinical Torments website, better pictures can be found there as well as great videos of sexy models wearing fetish leg braces
Western State Hospital in Tennessee, also known as West Tennessee Hospital for the Insane, opened it's doors in 1889, admitting patients on November 22nd into the Kirkbride Building. For over 30 years, this one building provided adequate space for the number of patients admitted, however, overcrowding resulted in the need for an additional Psychopathic Hospital. In 1932, the four story Polk Building (shown here) was erected as a new residency for 400 patients.

London Bridge Underground Station, London, England
One from last year that I found whilst sorting out my images. When I took this image this was the look that I was going for but I am not sure why its taken me so long to do it? You just find that sometimes your images just got lost within all your other images once you start building up a substantial collection of images.
I really like the high key feel that some stations allow you to do. Its odd that some stations do work with a high key feel and others don't even though you think that they should.
I have not been out with the camera lately to get new material due to other commitments but hopefully in the next week or so I will hopefully get some new material and try out few new things, also the fact that its been too hot down on the tube lately has put me off.
I have also updated my website so feel free to have a look around at

Information
The Underground station is between Borough and Bank on the Northern Line, and between Southwark and Bermondsey on the Jubilee Line. The station is the sixth busiest on the Underground network and is the only station on the London Underground network with 'London' in its name (while the NR termini are named, for instance 'London Waterloo' the Underground station is simply named 'Waterloo').
Originally Northern Line trains ran to a terminus at King William Street bypassing London Bridge, but the construction of a new station at Bank to provide greater capacity and allow northward extension required a new tunnel alignment, and provided the opportunity for a station at London Bridge. The station entrance was originally at Three Castles House on the corner of London Bridge Street and Railway Approach, but has since been moved to Borough High Street and Tooley Street. The original entrance remained standing until March 2013 when it was demolished.
The Northern Line platforms were rebuilt during the late 1990s to increase the platform and circulation areas in preparation for the opening of the Jubilee Line.
The Northern Line station opened on 25 February 1900 as part of the City & South London Railway's (C&SLR's) revised route from Borough to Bank and Moorgate. The Jubilee Line station opened on 7 October 1999[33] as part of the Jubilee Line Extension, although trains had been running through non-stop from the previous month. To enable the Jubilee Line to be constructed, months of major engineering works to relocate buried services in the surrounding streets had to be undertaken. A new ticket hall was created in the arches under the main-line station, providing improved interchange. During excavations a variety of Roman remains were found, including pottery and fragments of mosaics; some of these are now on display in the station. The Jubilee Line platforms have been fitted with platform edge doors in common with all other stations on the extension.
There are two platforms on each line and two main sets of escalators to and from the Tooley Street ticket hall. All four platforms are directly accessible from the Borough High Street entrance/exit.

An affluent looking town with an overgrown house/clinic in the centre. Apparently Dr Anna is still alive, over 100 years old and being cared for in nursing home accommodation. Her name and her husband's were apparently above the door of the Urological clinic they ran down in the lower levels of the basement. The house is a split level affair, with clinical and waiting / administration spaces on the ground and lower ground floors with an opulent house on the floors above. Dr Anna was clearly a well dressed lady judging by the amount of swanky old clothing and bags still there and the furniture. Not to mention the hobbies and travels they clearly had judging by the items left behind. Her husband died in a car crash sometime in the 90s and the home has been left to rot.
Another month, another tour. The Benzine tour no doubt on the name. On tour with Camerashy, Wiffsmiff23 and FlashandBlur. Countless hours driving, some iconic places visited and efficient Police and Security encountered and hid from. Not to mention lots of places sealed, trashed or locked down.

You always forget about the ones on your doorstep! Happily spend a weekend traveling 1000+ miles visiting various locations around the country but fail to check out that abandoned house the other side of my back garden fence!
One eve a year ago I finally ticked it off though, a promising looking manor house on the site of a former dairy and next to a day hospital, despite looking impressive from the outside, the inside was rather a let down, heavily modernised with this mural being one of the only interesting features! Still it has since been demo'd so I am pleased to have captured it before hand!
Come to think of it, another house directly over my fence has become vacant fore demo so I guess i'm off for a mooch! ; )

My first sleep study went pretty well and thankfully I didn't show any need for a CPAP but I won't have my final report card for a few days yet. I think the lady who attended me may now be questioning her career choice.
BALTIMORE - APRIL 5: Nurse Coordinator Lisa Chrisley (L) injects an experimental flu vaccine into the body of volunteer Michelle Levender (R), a medical school student, during a clinical trial to test the effectiveness of the vaccine to combat avian influenza April 5, 2005 at University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. The trial aims to find out if the vaccine can protect people from a lethal avian flu strain, also known as H5N1, which was first detected in chickens and other birds in Hong Kong in 1997, claiming the life of a three-year old boy. There have been at least 69 more confirmed cases with 46 deaths since then, mostly in Vietnam and Thailand. University of Maryland School of Medicine was one of three U.S. sites that took part in the trial funded by the National Institutes of Health. (Photo by Alex Wong/Getty Images)
