so, TT2, the big thing in the northeast of the moment.

Over a mile of various kinds of digging & tunnelling techniques, armed to the teeth with ball cameras designed to keep the Jarrow chavs out, however, not enough to keep me out.

Visited originally with Dempsey in tow, had a great night. visited twice on my own since, noted their extremely fast pace though some SERIOUS housekeeping needs to be done down there, i wouldn't employ this contractor if your after a tidy/safe build site.

This particular 6shots are from my final visit.

National Historic Civil Engineering Landmark: The Dalles Lock and Dam

The Dalles Lock and Dam was one of the largest, most complete, and complex multipurpose projects of its kind in the United States at the time of its construction. It provided an example for future projects benefitting navigation, recreation, water for irrigation and hydropower, fish migration, and flood mitigation. The unusual "L" configuration of the project enabled reduced construction dewatering and created a permanent shallow stilling basin that aids fish passage.

Constructed: 1952 - 1956 Dedicated: June 2014

This is the Civil Engineering building on the U of MN campus. The 7th floor is actually underground and this is all you see from ground level. The tower looking thing is actually a telescope that goes all the way down to the bottom. You can look through a window down below and see the Minneapolis skyline.

Civil Engineering is a four-year undergrad designing project that centers around arranging, planning, developing, overseeing, keeping up, and advancing basic parts of metropolitan life including parkways, passages, and rail route tracks, schools, medical clinics, air terminals, and different offices, just as sterilization and water therapy offices, that are on the whole fundamental in this day and age.
