Drawn about 1973/74 using a Rapidograph (remember them?). One of those pictures that took ages to produce but really had no meaning at all - I think.
Turns out perfume bottles are quite interesting to shoot. Doing the theme this month showed me that if you took the time everything has a different angle that looks totally different, it's been interesting.

KEESLER AIR FORCE BASE, MISS -- If you saw a circular object around the sun in the afternoon sky, it was not a UFO, but a sundog. Many Citizen Airmen across the base took the time to appreciate this weather phenomenon that require special atmospheric conditions to occur. Sundogs are caused by refracted light through the prism of high level clouds made up of tiny ice crystals. The sun has to be at the right angle for the refraction to occur. Often, high-level clouds precede the rainfall from an oncoming frontal system. (U.S. Air Force Photo by Maj. Chad E. Gibson)

Circular Train in Yangon
A ride on the Circular Train will give you a unique perspective on daily life in the city and the area around it. The station is a grand British colonial building that combines Burmese architectural style with functional Western elements. On the three-hour trip, you'll see the scenery change from city to rural, and pass by ponds, villages and scenes of farm life.

I met up with the Western Maryland Photographers Associations (WMPA) for a photo shoot on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at "The End of the Summer Carnival" at Canal Place, Cumberland, Maryland. The rides, concessions and games were provided by Gambill Amusements.
This would be my FIRST nighttime photography attempt. With the help of the WMPA members I was able to learn some new techniques and was successful in getting some nighttime shots. Thanks All!
