Llao Llao, Río Negro: Aurelia Jeffery engages in quiet, focused play amidst the sophisticated interiors of one of Argentina's most iconic alpine resorts. The scene captures a soft, domestic moment as she navigates the tactile geometry of large plastic building blocks and a wooden rainbow toy. Natural light spills through the window, highlighting the rich, earthy textures of the oversized beanbag chairs and the plush carpet. The composition utilizes a shallow depth of field to isolate the child’s concentration, emphasizing the contrast between the playful geometry of the toys and the refined, tranquil environment of the hotel. This image frames the intersection of high-end travel and family-oriented hospitality, demonstrating how world-class destinations can curate welcoming spaces for even the youngest travelers. The warmth of the lighting underscores the comfort offered by the resort, reflecting the cozy atmosphere often found during the colder months in the Andean foothills. Such moments define the versatility of luxury Patagonian properties, which cater to multigenerational guests by balancing architectural grandeur with intimate, child-friendly amenities. The soft color palette of the toys complements the neutral tones of the room, creating a harmonious visual narrative that feels both staged and authentically lived-in. This photograph encapsulates the gentle pace of a family getaway in the heart of the Nahuel Huapi National Park, where the surrounding wilderness meets impeccable interior design. This image is a collaborative production by Samuel Jeffery and Audrey Bergner for Project 23.

KOLKATA, INDIA – MARCH 22, 2025: In a heartwarming gesture, a newlywed doctor couple celebrated their two-week wedding milestone by organizing a special lunch for nearly seventy children of migratory Adivasi laborers at Mohan Brickfield near Kolkata, India, on March 22, 2025. The event was attended by relatives, family friends, and the children’s guardians. These laborers, primarily from tribal communities, work at the brickfield for about eight months a year, excluding the monsoon season. The children, aged between two and fifteen, are beneficiaries of a Non-Formal Education system that offers free learning opportunities to those without access to formal schooling. The couple’s celebration brought joy, solidarity, and attention to the importance of education and compassion in community life.
