This delicious old broken down Chevy belonged to a friend of ours.

This landed in south Texas, then abandoned.

1968 Chevy Camaro with 1750 horse power engine 6.8sec ¼ mile 180 mph

...or should I say Chevy Horses.

I think this old Chevy flatbed work truck is from the early 1940's. (A closer look at the truck in the distance of the image about 4 posts back.) HTT

A beauty of a truck nestled into to the corn harvest. Couldn’t be sure if still being used but was clean and tires inflated.

57 Chevy Angle a bright red one on this beautifully restored 57 Chevrolet found in North Carolina.

Took a little drive in the rain from Irma and found this along the road in Tuxedo, North Carolina. Took the shot out my car window. No traffic at all so I could position the car right where I wanted.

'57 Chevy Belair

Walked through a carshow last week and this car struck me funny.

When I was a teen, my new boyfriend at the time asked me, 'what kind of car should I get'? I responded, 'a '56 Chev'. My choice of car was influenced by hanging around with my slightly older cousin. Her boyfriend and their friends were all into the tri year Chevys. Two days later, very much to my mom's chagrin, a car like the one featured here, pulled into my parents carport and proceeded to pull a wicked brake stand, the tires were just-a-spinning, so much so that the carport was fully engulfed with tire smoke. As this smoke show continued not only could you not see the carport, but the smoke was so thick, you could not see the yard as well. My mom ran out on the back porch and was ripping in the bed sheets that were hanging on the clothes line. When the smoke settled, I caught my first glimpse of the canary coloured Chevy. My mom was as mad as a red hen and later that evening, my dad gave me a metal spatula to scrap the rubber( from the earlier molten tires) off the white picket fence. lol
