My bi/yearly checkup with my oncologist. This was my Anniversary and the last day I completed chemotherapy 5 years ago! yeah! I can now go off of my tamoxifen!

The months leading up to your pregnancy are the best time to take steps to be healthier. These steps may include taking prenatal vitamin, keeping your environment safe, stopping the use of unhealthy substances (tobacco, alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, and prescription drugs taken for a nonmedical reason), eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and reaching and maintaining a healthy weight (Being underweight or overweight may cause problems during pregnancy).
Cutting back on your daily calories intake and exercising more are great steps to reach a health body weight if you are overweight.

A blood pressure cuff, waiting slips, reports and referral letters are pictured on the desk of the cardiologist at Changi General Hospital. The checkup is to determine if Mom's heart is strong enough to undergo operation for the removal of her tumor. A 14-cm tumor was discovered when she complained of bloatness some 2-weeks ago. At this stage, doctors are still unable to determine if the tumour is beneign or cancerous. Tests, labs and analysis are weekly affairs before operation gets underway early January 2010.

After successful swimming lessons and healthy checkups, three male otter pups are now on exhibit at Oakland Zoo. They were born to Ginger, river otter, on the morning of February 24, 2013 at Oakland Zoo. Each baby weighed approximately 0.3 pounds at birth or about 136 grams. They now weigh around 4.5 pounds. The pups are named Kohana (swift), Hinto (blue), and Shilah (brother).

Here is Jon administering a reading eye exam (for near sight) to one of the daugthers of Creche, on the right. Creche is the head mechanic at Double Harvest and a really great guy. He has 5 brothers who work at Double Harvest and his daughters attend the school. Creche is also the guy in the photo holding the dead rat!

to mind the shot, but, he really didn't like sitting in the scale
naked.
#Diabetes checkup time. At least my blood pressure is low.
