Rolling chapatti bread. After meeting some of the people here I tried my hand at rolling out some chapatti. I made about ten before it went from an amazing experience to dull and tedious. Needless to say I wasn’t nearly as fast at it as the Punjabis.

This man is an expert, and they were delicious!

the locals were right, it only works with wheat flour, damn it, gluten wins again.

I learned that Indian squirrels eat chapatis, ... and so do Indian dogs, and Indian cows

at 9 'o clock...mustard greens nice and salty, with dal, aloo gobi, custard, chix curry, tomato chutney, rice, and salad. Pretty close to N. India in style, BUT no chapati or roti by default. DELICIOUS.

Across the street from Seri Mahamariamman Temple, this guy was making chapati on the street.

This is a common bird in Delhi. They are scavengers and will eat almost anything - veg or non-veg - in this case a chapati or nan bread
