Took some pictures of good friend Nia in Homewood Cemetary in Squirrel Hill, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Oxford (Botley) Cemetary is one of only 12 site in the United Kingdom to feature a STone of Remembrance. Designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, this architectural feature us usually reserved for cemetaries with more than 1,000 burial. The cemetary also features a cross of sacrifice, designed by Sir Reginald Blomfield and a shelter building, designed byb Sir Edward Maufe.

This is a Moravian cemetary.

founded 1832, Chateauguay Protestant Cemetary, first burial 1835, site of St Andrews church until 1910

In June 2000, Ugandan and Rwandese forces fought for control of Kisangani, in northeaster Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Hundreds of civilians, many of whom are buried in this cemetary, were killed in the battle.

From my archives to be deleted....I salvaged this shot of the Galisteo cemetary in New Mexico. I love the cloud bank behind the gate which makes it look like a clear pane of white. I desaturated the shot and cropped this photo which I was going to delete
