Celestron C11HD, ASI174MM, TV 2.5x barlow, slight reduced size to compensate bad seeing conditions.

This is a 30 slice mosaic.

Each slice was constructed by taking the best 200 photos of 1000 photos (so in total 30k photos were taken).

The slices were stacked with Registax and stitched with Microsoft ICE (Image Composit Editor). ICE does auto-alignment, level balancing throughout the slices and best of all...it's free!

This was taken with

- Basler 1300 30um (that I borrowed from a friend)

- Celestron C8 (that I borrowed from another friend :P)

Orion Nebula.

Telescope: Celestron 130mm

Mount: SLT Alt-az

Exposure: 6 minutes exposure. (45'' subs)

Camera: Panasonic GF5 Micro 4/3

Processing: Deep Sky Stacker, PSCS2, Noiseware
