I'd bought an "American" eggplant and sliced and grilled the pieces, with a chicken capsicum and mayo filling. Yummy but didn't stay rolled very well!
Back to drawing board....
I kept a habanero plant alive over the winter and while it didn't die, it produced pea-sized peppers.

NC State University: "Habanero-type" peppers are a pepper species native to parts of South America. Like other pepper species, the fruits are brightly colored and used worldwide for food, spice, and medicine. It contains some of the hottest peppers to exist, including the current world record holder 'Carolina Reaper'.
