Madison said that only four of the six dough blobs could be filled using this recipe, but I was able to make six full-to-bursting calzones. I used a combination of escarole and mustard greens, which paired well with the red pepper and rich cheeses. Now I have awesome lunches for a week!
Chase's real meal (I ate less than a quarter) - a whole pizza folded in half. By the end he was finally back to his normal self :)
