Calm before the snow storm predicted for this evening, shot at sunset on the Bo'ness coast of the River Forth, still see the frosted rocks and dead tree under the fading light, Shot this with the 14-24 which unfortunately doesn't take filters so i had to wait for the natural light to die to get a lower exposure.

Beautiful weather in Liverpool yesterday. First time I have ever been and I must say I really enjoyed it. Loads of interesting things to see and do.
There seems to be far more public space than in Birmingham City Centre.
Birmingham seems a bit cramped by comparison.
The docks stretch for miles along the Mersey. The dockside architecture and warehouses are wonderful. Lots of classic, old buildings. The northern end of the docks though are all very run down and dilapidated.

This image symbolizes the relationship between reality and imagination. I created this photo in order to remind others about our past childhood memories and how we made everything in our lives real in our own eyes. By encapsulating the idea of reality versus imagination, we come to realize how much we have changed over time.
Just a nice, simple portrait during the reined cow horse event. No neon. The tones all match well. It calms the eye.

The woven table runner caught my eye in the lightkeeper's quartrs at the Pottawatomie Lighthouse. So simple, fresh and vibrant.

I guess one reason i love the watergarden so much is that it is sooo very calming. No matter what goes on around them the fish just keep on swimming peacefully ... Seems as if i can sit beside it and all the cares of the day just seem to float away for a little while ...
