A calm grey day at Neck Point park in Naniamo.

Had a killer sunset last night. After a long day getting the boat ready to go into the water for the upcoming season, we didn't want to head back just yet. Waited around for a sunset as they are usually incredible around georgian bay, Ontario, Canada. and as usual... It didn't dissapoint.

600mm (equiv to 35mm) focal length allows for some nice isolation of the subject matter. The water was like glass and perfect for grabbing reflections.

Some unusually calm weather over a couple of days provided both sunrise and sunset opportunities for photography.

Well, except for the mosquitoes buzzing about ...

Looking past a bright yellow post on the wharf at Victoria By The Sea, on Prince Edward Island. The sea was mirror calm on this day and while it may not look so, those waters are shallow enough to wade in for almost as far as you can see. It's a great place for a swim on a hot day.
