This is the bulk of the farm share's last offering.
One other pumpkin got carved into an evil face, and the green, warty squash is in the next photo.

1 head of napa cabbage, 1 bunch of kale, 2 small heads of lettuce, 2 apples, 3 green peppers, a 1/2 pint of cranberries, a jar of hearty mustard, and I believe some potatoes there behind the lettuce.

Is it a bundle of green eels? Snakes? No... it's garlic scapes (insert dramatic music).
Texture like firm scallions, taste like garlic.

i hope week four brings a new color to the mix!

Earlier I thought it was an acorn squash, but upon further investigation it appears to be a small pumpkin.
