Once more, the clear waters of Anglers Country Park lend themselves to photography.
The ducks here traversing the frame were moving smoothly, but with the millpond-like water the small ripples from their paddling became evident.

This is from my visit to tobermory. Tobermory its a small community located at the northern tip of the Bruce Peninsula in the municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula, Ontario, Canada. It is 300km northwest of Toronto. The town is known as the fresh water SCUBA diving capital of the world, because of the numerous shipwrecks that lie in the surrounding waters. Tobermory is a popular vacation destination. People come for the beaches, the diving, the unspoilt countryside and the relaxed pace of life. The town lies north of the Bruce Peninsula National Park.
This is Ogasawara.
I don't know any other place where the sea has this color. It is not really turquoise like the beautiful water of Okinawa but something in between marine blue and turquoise. People call it the "bonin blue".

Crystal clear waters of the sea between La Pelosa and the Asinara and Piana Islands. North West Sardinia, Italy
Yes, the sea really is this colour here! This was taken looking from the top of a cliff down into the sea at Porto Katsiki beach on the island of Lefkada, Greece. The water is this beautiful shade of blue at many of the beaches on the Ionian islands off the western coast of Greece. The experience of swimming here is beyond description! You just have to try it for yourself some day!
The furthest point we travelled to today was included as on a clear day it would allow us to see the Island of St Kilda out in the Atlantic Ocean.
With the weather being a bit rainy and overcast most of the day we could only just see St Kilda when we arrived at Mol Foirsgeo Beach, but we really didn't care too much as the beach itself was absolutely stunning due to the white sand and crystal clear water lapping in onto the beach. This is another one of these photos that doesn't really need any more words...enjoy...
