Finding a candle holder at T. J. Maxx in the clearance section for $5.00 was amazing. I can foresee me using this object for a large number of Detail and Marco shots, as well as learning how to light glass.
I was surprised a bit by how clear the Wadden Sea is at certain spots. Especially because this sea is known for its mud flats. The pollution you see here is because everyone walked through it, disturbing the soil...
The chandeliers were so gorgeous. And I can't believe I took more photos -- and had more fun -- in a thrift store than in a bona fide tourist attraction like the Stephansdom. Dusty old crap beats dusty old church any day.
