I baked this pie yesterday for Thanksgiving! It was delicious! Hope you all had a great turkey day :)
Here is the recipe that we followed. Although the recipe doesn't call for cinnamon. But what kind of apple pie doesn't have cinnamon in it?! Do yourself a favor and toss some in.
Check out the recipe/photo I did for the crust...

The second 'Honk for Hope' UK coach event took place in Blackpool on 14/07/2020 and attracted around 200 coaches for a convoy along the M55 and along the Promenade before returning to the South Car Park at the end of Yeadon Way.
The purpose of the event was to raise awareness of the plight many operators currently find themselves in. The UK government has offered no financial help to coach operators due to the Covid pandemic almost wiping out their businesses.
The event was very well organised and attracted plenty of media coverage along with enthusiasts possibly enjoying their only event this year!

A trio of Neoplan coaches operated by Cranberry Coachways of Great Harwood are seen here in Carlisle.
Nearest is N3 EDW, a Euroliner N316SHD model new in 2003 to Silver Star, Caernarfon as CX03 DYP.
In the middle is PJZ 2182, a similar coach new in 2002 as YR52 ZKL to Clarkson, South Elmsall.
The last of the trio is P971 HWF which is a Transliner model based on a Dennis Javelin chassis. It was new in 1996 to Ellison, St Helens.

Supporting my favorite local winery.
Nashoba Valley Winery is in Bolton, Massachusetts. They are best known for their fruit flavored wines but have delicious wines in more conventional varieties as well. Here is a link to their website: www.nashobawinery.com/
For:
weekly-1192013 - Wine Bottle /Bottles - As promised, here is a more "conventional" wine container, lol ;)
Our Daily Challenge - Snack - wine counts, right? It's fruit flavored, after all! ;)

Delicious Cranberry Orange Muffins I made with fresh oranges from my neighbor's tree.
Recipe on my blog, Glorious Treats
Christmas Eve is when my family traditionally make the Cranberry Relish, which was a good excuse to break out the camera! The only ingredients, in the relish, are cranberries, sugar and oranges (juice and jest), but I've added a few Christmassy spices to the photo too! Shot with natural window light, from camera-left and a little fill from a reflector to the right. 50mm lens at f4 for a little depth of field as I wanted the background elements to be slightly blurred.
Film shooting is indeed fascinating but takes time in developing and scanning. So I do enjoy my digital shooting, too.
First time for me to see cranberry harvesting, very interesting and great for photographing.
My daughter came home for Thanksgiving. It was just the two of us. Much different then years past. We decided to have the usual fixins. These are cranberries. I love the way they will make a "pop" sound when you cook them.
