This was made with conduit tubes upright to about 40-48" and CPVC 1/2" tubing in 10 foot lengths arched over the top.

There are two layers of 4 mil plastic sheet. The inner layer alternates over and under the tubes and the outer layer goes over them to give an airspace without having to buy more expensive plastic sheet that is sold readymade with layers.

I probably could have used 2 mil for the inner layer to get more light. The tubes have rust on the ends from earlier use covering planters

I changed the design a little from last year. The old one used a 2" PVC pipe with water bottles glued into cap sized holes drilled into the pipe. It worked alright but was prone to leak.

This year I used 3" PVC and drilled the holes the diameter of the bottles so they would slid in to the bottle of the pipe.

My nutrient solution was both delivered and drain through the same 1/2 cpvc line. The end caps had a second 1/2 line to provide for overflow.
