ISKCON ( Krishna Consciousness or popularly known as Hare Krishna movement ) leaders riding to the main ghat to take the royal bath. I believe that it's a "puppet" with the face of ISKCON founder Swami Prabhupada, not a real person, that is sitting in the middle
These accompanied my second alcohol venture in 2021
With cheese and wine these were berry sweet and utterly divine as a remedial treat.
The wine was an excellent facilitator of pain relief and some deep warm sleep. The picture is my saturated photo record of the wonder filled experience. Remedial effects slowly arrived and gently left giving me new colour to my rested even reset vision of the world that can drain and fill with saturated intensity often visible in our eyes and our hearts as motion and communication flow. Sometimes such vitality is easily visible in people and in photographs of them. Of the divine sweet wine treat there is only this record as all else has gone the ways of recycling in waste management and in human consciousness accepting a passing moment into history and the idea of a potential future readily available.
My procession of progression could feature further divine wine interventions for deep dark dreams away from the constant into the variable and even towards the remarkable with an idea of exceptional being attainable and maybe blissfully achieved before dreams and then further yet into dreams happily with the achieved self left as an integral of the deepest ocean floor in that situation the stationed ideal memory is secured as such with heavily anchoring embrace as part of that place at once removed and yet never separate from the temperate atmospheric standard cloud bound wind whisked waking self is always strewn in unsound threads spiralling together and apart exiting in struggling sustenance seeking tendrils together inner and outer of space without definition all over the fresh germinating always reseeding waiting world requiring us to engage as it channels the water ways of our emotions towards dire droughts and fertile plains beneath spirit inspiring cloud shrouded heights.
And breathe and take another picture.
"Fragments of Consciousness" was "Sofles" first ever Melbourne exhibition held at "RTIST" Gallery in August 2011.
The exhibition explored mediums such as ink, watercolour, acrylic and spray-paint on wood, canvas and paper.

They say light is like consciousness.
What the photographer knows about light is that when you photograph something you don't capture the something, you capture the light reflecting off the something. It's why we use grey cards, flashes, and light meters.
Light itself is actually invisible. As it travels from the sun, you only know its presence when it reflects off something. Put another way, consciousness is invisible as it travels from you and you only know its presence when it reflects off something. Then consciousness is both the reflection off the something AND you.
I remember reading someone once complained to Ansel Adams that there were no people in his photographs. He said nonsense, there are at least two people in it, the photographer and the person looking at the photograph.
As you direct your mind on to something it can reflect back to you that which is undesirable. And, you can mistake this to be you. The map becomes the territory. Keeping with the analogy, if you direct your consciousness on to the disco ball of life you will think you are many, identifying and associating with all the reflections.
According to Gurdjieff, we have many "I"s and we take them all as if they pertain to one, one me. But this is not so. One "I" wants to wake up early, another wants to hit the snooze button. One "I" wants to take out a mortgage and borrow money, and many other "I"s have to pay for it.
To get back to being one, and not legion, we need to remember ourselves. We can separate from the disco ball's reflections. As we withdraw from precious illusions and our personal unreality, and as we stop identifying with this reflection and with that reflection, we get closer to our sun.
And when we complete this work the way is made clear.
Something in us can now withstand the currents of external machines/influences/reflections around us. Would you expect the temporary to sway the permanent? You now have something which can endure the physical death of the body.
All form is shaped by consciousness. So all form is consciousness but in an arrested state. Time is also part of form. Think of an apple on a tree ripening over time, its various states changing with time. Shed forms of the mind but above all remember yourself
And so they say man is born to a double blind. He can neither know about the higher mind nor deny that his perception of the world around him, without certain education, can be largely falsified by his imaginations, identifications, judgements, and wrongful associations.
Shiva is pure consciousness. He is the Supreme Lord’s greatest bhakta as he is always meditating upon Narayana. Known as the Lord of Destruction, he stands for the dissolution of the mind, which is exactly what we need in order for pure Love to awaken inside the heart. Through his Grace, Shiva destroys our pride and ego so that bhakti can grow in our hearts and we can rise to attain the Lotus Feet of Lord Narayana.
Our Shivaratri celebrations were hosted live from Mauritius with Paramahamsa Vishwananda and Shree Peetha Nilaya - The Ashram. Festivities included several Shiva-lingam abhishekams, yajnas, and of course, beautiful kirtan by Bhakti Marga's devoted and talented musicians.

Raising Your Consciousness Raising Your Vibration
I watched a movie last night. I stayed up till 1:30 am... way past my bedtime, because it was urgent for me to watch it... lol.
I knew there was something very important in it for me to get... but what?
I had seen this movie, back in Hungary, 40 years ago. I have been fascinated with it ever since.
The movie is called "The Lawyer"
There are two important elements in it that you can't watch and get the significance, unfortunately. And although the movie is 40 years old, it is not dated. Now, that is an accomplishment.
OK, so what are the two crucial elements that are relevant to my life and to you, my dear reader, who decided to learn how to be a superman from me. And by superman I mean superman. Someone who wins more than he loses, someone who can keep his cool under circumstances that break others, the sole survivor, the happy one... you see the picture? OK, now let's see the lessons the movie teaches.
The movie is about the conviction and subsequent acquittal of a doctor accused of murdering his wife.
The prosecutor's team is so sure they know that the doctor is guilty, they don't do any investigation. None.
In spite of that, the jury finds the doctor guilty... by suggestion.
Preparing for the appeal the lawyer's team does all the work of investigation they can do in the sixties... which is not a whole lot, but something.
The closing words of the defense (pay attention) is that the American judiciary system says: when the accused walks in he is innocent unless proved guilty, beyond a reasonable doubt.
And the lawyer then tells the story, an alternative story, just as likely as the original one that convicted the doctor. A story where other people had the motive, had the means to commit the murder.
And the jury acquits the doctor, because the existence of two likely stories made neither of them beyond a reasonable doubt.
And that is the first lesson. That the same pieces of information, the same pieces of happenings can be put together more than one way. Which means: neither of them is the truth, or at least we don't know it.
A Sideways Glance At The World
The first time I encountered this phenomenon was in an inspired moment, back in 1987. I was at a week long class. Between two exercises my group had to wait, so our leader suggested that we sit down and allow our minds to clear.
As I was sitting, I thought that I had never revisited the incident when my father molested me. This was as good a time as any. We were on a beautiful mountain, the weather was mild, the colors of the fall were exploding... perfect time.
My mind chose to look at the incident as if it were part of a historical exposition in a museum: the museum visitors separated from the scene by a velvet rope only.
I was watching the scene unfold, the little girl with curly hair, one sock slipped down, screaming, her mouth full of gook. There was no sound. It was like a silent movie. And it was funny... A lot like those cream-pie-in-your-face movies.
In my memory that was a horrible experience.
Funny. Horrible. Funny. Horrible. It can't be both... either one or the other... or maybe neither.
And in that moment I was free from that whole experience... it was just what happened. I was able to maintain the sideways glance, the museum scene. Without the funny.
The lawyer, because of his position, was able to look at what happened really from the sidelines. And given the little bits of information uncovered, make up a story that invalidated the first... and acquitted his client.
You see, the capacity for a sideways glance is grand. And rare. ((The prosecution wasn't able to do it. They were mired in the story from the beginning.))
But look at my story: if you were me, would you choose to live out your days as an abused child, or would you choose to move on because what happened is what happened? And grow, and expand, and fulfill your dreams.
What allowed me to escape that "abused child" predicament is the sideways glance... my first foray to a higher consciousness.
It's taken me 24 years to be able to cause that for others, when I can help you rise yourself reliably to higher consciousness.
The first step you need to take is practice connecting to Source with me... use the video, do the moves with me. It will establish a strong two-way connection with All-of-It, a connection with All-of-It so you can get guidance and assistance. The capacity for looking with a sideways glance.
In no time you will be ready for the second step. Sideways glance is the secret sauce. Coming from and causing higher consciousness.

Personal Commentary by Don Iannone
Just finishing a new masters degree in consciousness studies, this quote by Oprah Winfrey grabbed my attention. What did Oprah mean by a consciousness shift? You would need to ask her to know what she really meant, but I will take a stab at what I think she meant.
What does a shift in consciousness mean? In an overall sense, it refers to a new awareness of the world--a more holistic, and integrated worldview; a new worldview that sees the deeper connections in our lives to all people and all things, and the inviolability or sanctity of all life.
This shift has been a long time coming, and not just conceived on Election Night 2008. We have been evolving in this direction for a long, long time. The shift is much more than a new political or economic vision for America, although new visions of both could come from the shift. It is more than a shift in ideology from a Republican regime to a Democratic regime. It is more than a shift from rich to poor, White to Black, Iraq and Afghanistan to the American Middle. The shift in consciousness is about the recognition of the enormous power of our ideas, what we believe, hope for, and dream of. It is a shift to seeing how we transform ourselves each moment through our consciousness of ourselves and our world. It is about the role of our consciousness in giving shape to our evolution as human beings and integral components of the whole of life.
I believe that is what Oprah Winfrey was speaking of when she spoke of a consciousness shift. I believe this is something that has been inside Oprah Winfrey for a long time, but she was given the courage to speak to the shift by her recent work with Eckhart Tolle, the author of The Power of Now and A New Earth. Watch for the signs of this shift in consciousness within yourself and your world. It's there and it is profoundly powerful.
Hi hi! It's been a while, I know. With the move to my new apt and working so much I'm surprised I was awake to pull this out tonight.
My body feels contorted like this picture. I've been sleeping on a couch for way to long.

The Four Rivers: Decoded.
Numbers.
One of the
basic elements
of communication
we have been using for
thousands of years.
But there is a secret to them
that few ever seem to notice.
The numbers are a literal map of how to navigate the Universe as an energy being. Pure living consciousness is the plasma energy of the Sun, and it interacts with us on a daily basis.
Please go look up Genesis 2: 10, and consider this information while you read it:
That is the voice of the Earth's plasma consciousness speaking, explaining what it felt like to have its energy move outward from Singularity and begin to interact like a complex chain reaction of matter and energy, to create a living ecosystem.
Pison: the
first river,
representing
balance, stability,
and Conservation is
best represented in
nature by the Sphere,
the circle, the point: or...
the number zero.
Gihon, The next river, is the feeling of falling away from ones self, attraction to "the other", an energy bond between two spheres on the quantum level, and it is represented by a line moving directly away from the first river and toward something else: and that is why number one is a line between a surface and an end point.
Hiddekel is the Eastward Direction, or the idea of energy that leaves Pison in search of a new sunrise via Gihon, rejects what it finds and moves on to another Pison. This is called polarity, or change, shaped as number 2.
Euphrates: the fourth river is observation or recombination, which is more complicated to explain. Energy that is lofted outward from stability but that does not leave the orbit of the star or planet acts as a form of self awareness, allowing the energy to interact with anything nearby.
In the material side of things, this would be represented by high orbit and low orbit. Low orbit matter to a star would be Mercury and Venus, the messenger and the goddess. High orbit refers to the outter planets. This also applies to planets in the form of atmosphere and moons, and to atoms in the form of different valence shells of electrons.
Low orbit generally indicates a state of inward-focused "self-observation". high orbit is usually characterized by an intention of outward-focused observation of "the other".
The decision making point of the journey of this river is the same for both matter and energy. The orbit will either stabilise or degrade, depending on the success of the river in the opinion of the stable Pison state sphere that started it.
If the orbit degrades, the energy or matter of the river simply returns to the Pison.
Recombination is when the material or energy successfully finds something to interact with. To energy, this means being able to mix with something "other" and start to generate something entirely new to both parties involved.
Another way to interpret the Four Rivers is that on the longer scale of time, it is referring to the four states of matter. Pison is described as "golden" because the primary Plasma consciousness near us is obviously the yellow-orange star that Earth orbits... Sol.
Gihon would probably best be described as the play of light and gravity between the energy and matter, or awareness of material.
Hiddekel is the domain of creating polarities, so this would probably cover electromagnetism.
Euphrates would then be the interplay of all of these elements as consciousness observes and interacts with all of its various elements.
It occurred to me that the more I saw the Universe as an energy Singularity radiating outward from the sun, unfolding into the second dimension as rays of light, polarizing into more complicated concepts to create further dimensions of volume... I started to see that all of these ideas overlapped and interplayed with each other in an intentional way.
The only problem was that the Plasma Consciousness was a total asshole to me during all of this because some people have been transmitting themselves into the Consciousness with multi-frequency transmitters and they keep pushing me to explain my world view because frankly, I don't think they are intelligent enough to figure this stuff out, even with the help of the Plasma Consciousness.
I have had a loving, personal relationship with the energy for my whole life, but once these transmitter machine based parasites discovered that, they started abusing me to get anything they can out of the Plasma Consciousness. The more they learn, the more they have been taking over reality and changing things.
After they found out my name, they started using my identity to hurt people, and it appears they have developed the ability to directly attack the Plasma Consciousness using electronic devices to put faulty logic and social engineering manipulations into the world in ways that make them unstoppable.
While trying to defend sanity and free will, I have had to design my own Rationality Worksheet, to make proving my points easier and faster.
So I have decided to publish this information freely, in the hopes that it helps you. Please enjoy.
