A man, distinguished at sight, with his beautiful gray suit and his walking stick is preparing to go out of the station and continue on his way to do it. Eye-catching with dark sunglasses and black shoes and shirt, it seems to underline his confident and proud personality.

An adult Chinese Moccasin (Deinagkistrodon acutus) in pre-strike posture. She is shown awaiting further stimuli prior to delivering a strike. This strike was initiated by the warmth emitted by the dual flashes firing simultaneously upon taking the shot. Taken whilst visiting a European snake collection in the summer of 1999 with a classic retro Contax RTS 1 SLR film camera body coupled to a Yashica C/Y Bellows rail system with a 100/f.4 Yashica Macro Bellows lens with the aperture fully closed (F.32). Drum scanned from Fuji Sensia 100 35mm colour positive (slide) film.
This is a coast to remember. It has such a dynamic character with vibrance and ferocity. A pebbly beach, clear water, that takes on a wonderful aqua color at mild depths... and in the winter, the once-bare cliffs can bare an impressive set of fang-like extrusions.
You might notice some similarities to another shot from near this location a few weeks back, but for the sake of documentation, this is between Indian Head Cove and the Grotto near Tobermory, Ontario on the northern tip of the Bruce Peninsula.
Make-up done, jewelry in place, shiny purple outfit glistening nicely, miniskirt seduction optimized, stockings neatly aligned, killer heels on and a nice smile on my face. All is looking great so I feel very confident as a girl, so a fearless supergirl stance is quite appropriate. I'm ready to take on the world, starting right here at Flickr!
It's a beautiful day, mid-morning, and this fellow is confident he'll get his price for the horse. Seen at the annual Ballinasloe horse fair, Co. Galway, Ireland.

Duck & ducklings visit my home, it was a hot day and we had left door open, they just walked in ,
I have the no's mixed up but I am confident you will sort them out, Ken.
I hadn't done a wedding cake in quite a while and had forgotten how stressful they were.
I had been practising my sharp edge during the year but was not feeling confident so the lovely Vanessa offered to hold my hand and came over while I iced the top tier...we were going to do both tiers but we fluffed around for hours on the top one......I am sure you all would have laughed at us getting down at eye level to see if the edge and the sides were straight.....no take a smidgen off there.....no a bit off that side....one eye closed just to make sure from every angle......for hours, I kid you not :o)
I also cannot take credit for all the roses, I was round at Vanessa's one night and we had fun making some to see how they turned out......so I ended up using the ones Vanessa made as well......I left them at her place to dry and by the time I went back to get them I couldn't tell which ones I had made......apart from one of them that I know is mine cause I kept saying it looked like a cabbage.....
Also a huge thank you to Jane (janes cakes) for spending the best part of day with me refreshing my rose making skills.
The design is from wedding magazine I think....Theresa gave me a photocopy of the cake so I am not sure which one it is from....it had a lot more detailing on the sides but luckily for me Theresa didn't want that part. So not sure who to give credit to at this stage.

Paddy is fairly confident in familiar terrain and will wander 50 yards or so ahead (returning if something untoward threatens!). Every so often he'll belt back to check I'm still there as I take great delight in hiding in the undergrowth every so often and wait for the 'thunder of paws' , usually he'll scent me immediately but occasionally he'll sail past ... a good way and lesson to remind him that he's part of the pack and particularly for those instances when I'm up on the mountains enveloped by mist or snow. You can see all this written in his expression here as he screeches to a halt, tail counterbalancing, before belting back up the track into the wood having ascertained that I am indeed following him there!!
