Again, it's just funny how there will be this awesome noise of all the birds chattering and then instantaneously there is complete silence and then they all fly off. Even those in the middle of a nice bath. It's almost magical....

Just a snap of our backyard birds arrangement for community feeding. Starlings on the seed block, Flickers on the suet, and Quail picking up what ever falls. There's a wide variety of other birds that join in as well, they just had yet to arrive.
A good arrangement for all.

There are in fact two walkways/alleys between Marchmont Street and Handel Street. The Community Garden is a slightly zig-zag path. The other - on the right of this photo - runs along the northern edge of the Brunswick Centre ("The Brunswick") and gives access to some of its shops and central plaza.
