Pre-dawn blue hour view from Brooklyn looking towards the Brooklyn Bridge , Manhattan Bridge, and New York City (NYC) with the FDR Highway on the horizon. You can also see the One World Trade Center with Red, White, and Blue lights between the far western tower of the Brooklyn Bridge.

London's city skyline at night, taken late at night whilst walking along the south bank of the Thames by City Hall. A small lightweight tripod was used to hold the camera steady whilst the exposure took place. The star effect on the lights is created by the lens and not in post processing.

New York City (NYC) viewed from Weehawken, New Jersey just before dawn arrived. The blue neon sign is from the Barclay Bank building with the GE building and "Top of the Rock" just behind and to the right.

Hopefully we have some decent storms late tonight and some stragglers into tomorrow evening for some lightning shots. I originally did not plan to shoot last night since it is a rather painful exercise but could not sleep again so here is the result.
