When teaching statistics, there is a famous tool called the "Quincunx", where a set of marbles can be dropped through a series of "pins". The ball bounces to the left or right of any given pin in a "chaotic" manner (e.g. it is highly sensitive to small variations in initial conditions), and where (left to right) it ends up on the bottom is essentially a random (or high dimensional) outcome. Aggregated together, the quincunx produces a normal-shaped bell curve of outcomes, which can be shown visually with the marbles.
The same idea is behind Lorenz's model of ski-hill moguls (from his book "The essence of chaos"), and is described nicely in this pdf: nature.berkeley.edu/~bingxu/UU/geocomp/Week8/Chaos.pdf
Recently started work on an imperial knight, and decided to try making a pilot as many other hobbyists have done before me. Have a hobby star if you can figure out all the kits used. :)
Just a little disorder
As a first-born child, I am a big fan of rules. But, as a first-born child, I also like to pave my own path. This duality plays out in my wardrobe, among other aspects of my life.
Because I’m drawn to both order and disorder, my favorite outfits are those that look chaotic but actually have an underlying logic to them. It’s my own version of chaos theory.

Unwanted double exposure, which, however, very well reflects the chaos in my painting studio :-)
The Mamiya RB67 has two separate handles, one transports the film and another one cocks the shutter. It is very easy to forget to advance the film - but in general I like this separation, works normally well. This time it didn't :-)

The Castle of Chaos is a part of the Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center and is in the same location as the Wax Museum. It is a combination of a 3D movie, ride, and game all mixed into one.
Pigeon Forge is a leading family destination for many tourists visiting the Smoky Mountains and foothills.
We're Here! is visiting Chaos today. It's Sunday so I am planning for my school week. The table is always full of chaos when I do this. Also, I plan so there won't be chaos in my first grade classroom.
Five new traitors have joined my World Eaters' Chaos Space Marine squad - fantastic 2nd Edition OOP plastic models. Did some minor conversions to make them less clone-like, and added full WYSIWYG loadout.
Is there no greater metaphor for chaos than a huge destroyed LEGO set without an instruction manual?
Genetically enhanced Chaos Space Marines tower above ordinary humans, Imperial and Chaos alike, and Aeldari.
